Alumni Records. The Foundation recognizes that alumni records belong to the University and shall not release or otherwise use these records for any purpose outside of that expressly outlined in the Alumni Foundation Database Policy. As detailed in the Alumni Foundation Database Policy, the Foundation is responsible for administering access to the Alumni Foundation Database and related data warehouses through role-based security, along with managing the organization and integrity of the database. The Foundation shall update the Alumni Foundation Database using information provided by the University as outlined in section 3.9 (Alumni Records).

Alumni Records. Alumni records along with Foundation records are held as part of a single dataset known as the Alumni Foundation Database. The purpose, responsibility, ownership, maintenance, access and confidentiality of the Alumni Foundation Database are outlined in the University’s policy titled “Alumni Foundation Database: Use, Access and Maintenance.” The University shall not change the Alumni Foundation Database Policy without the written permission of the Foundation.

The Foundation is responsible for the management, security, and organization of all data held in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, including alumni records. The Foundation will update alumni records held in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge quarterly using information provided to the Foundation. The Foundation shall pay 100% of the annual license fees related to database software (Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge) as well as the reporting software used in conjunction with the Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge.
Alumni Records. The University shall provide the Foundation with timely access to alumni data. This access shall include such data as the Foundation and ALUM find necessary to carry out their missions. This includes but is not limited to alumni name, street address, email address, phone numbers, and other contact information, as well as student activity, degree and employment information. The Foundation shall not release or otherwise use this data for any purpose outside of that expressly outlined in this Agreement. The Foundation will execute and comply with the FERPA requirements as set forth in the Data Security Agreement attached as Attachment B. The University will provide the Foundation with quarterly updates to its alumni records. The University will periodically survey its alumni in order to improve the quality and quantity of its alumni records.

The University will provide recent graduate information in a timely manner following commencement each semester, ideally prior to the next commencement. The University will periodically survey its alumni in order to improve alumni records and relationships.

The Foundation is responsible for the management, security, and organization of all data held in Foundation BANNER including alumni records. The Foundation will update alumni records held in Foundation Banner quarterly using information provided to the Foundation. The Foundation shall provide technical and administrative support to the University for UMAR’s access and use of Foundation BANNER. The Foundation shall pay 100% of the annual license fees related to database software (Foundation BANNER) as well as the reporting software (CRYSTAL REPORTS) used in conjunction with the Foundation BANNER datamart. The Foundation shall pay 30% of the annual license fees related to the address verification software (RUNNER TECHNOLOGY) used to improve the quality of alumni and donor addresses stored in the database.
Alumni Records. The University shall provide the Foundation with access to the alumni records as maintained by UMAA. The Foundation shall not release or otherwise use these records for any purpose outside of that expressly outlined in this Memorandum of Understanding.

  • MARC Records When applicable to the Licensed Materials, at Licensee’s request, Licensor shall provide full OCLC-quality batched sets of MARC records incorporating Licensee specifications at no additional cost by the date of the execution of this License Agreement. Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions.

  • Files and Records A. An employee will have the right to review the contents of files concerning the employee, excluding initial references of the district pertaining to said employee or other items statutorily exempt from disclosure originating after initial employment, and to have a representative of the Association accompany him/her in such a review.

  • Client Records 26.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided under the terms of this Contract in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Public Records Taxpayer acknowledges that GO-Biz is subject to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.). This Agreement and materials submitted by Taxpayer to GO-Biz may be subject to a PRA request. In such an event, GO-Biz will notify Taxpayer, as soon as practicable that a PRA request for Taxpayer’s information has been received, but not less than five (5) business days prior to the release of the requested information to allow Taxpayer to seek an injunction. GO-Biz will work in good faith with Taxpayer to protect the information to the extent an exemption is provided by law, including, but not limited to, notes, drafts, proprietary information, financial information, and trade secret information. GO-Biz will also apply the “balancing test” as provided for under Government Code section 6255, to the extent applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GO-Biz agrees that any information provided to GO-Biz by the FTB, in connection with this Agreement will be treated as confidential tax information protected by Article 2 (commencing with Section 19542) of Chapter 7 of Part 10.2 of the RTC, assuming that FTB can rely on such a section and shall not be disclosed to any party, other than personnel of GO-Biz or the Committee, without Taxpayer’s prior written consent. Taxpayer acknowledges that this Agreement in whole or in part will be made available to the public at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Committee hearing. Pursuant to RTC sections 17059.2 and 23689, in the event of approval by the Committee of this Agreement, Taxpayer acknowledges and agrees that GO-Biz will post on its website the following information:

  • Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.
