Access and Maintenance. The Multiplex Licensee may conduct, or engage or contract third parties to conduct, maintenance on the Multiplex Transmission Service in accordance with the terms of the Operational Manual.

At the request of the Company, Service Provider will provide assistance for installation, uninstallation, maintenance, backup, replication or other activity relating to the applications and data hosted in the Data Center.

If the City causes any disturbance or damage to the Easement Area, the City shall restore the Easement Area to its condition prior to that disturbance or damage, to the extent reasonably practical as determined by the City.
Access and Maintenance. The City and the Tribe shall have equal access to the Sewer Meter for the purpose of periodic reading of Tribe flows and to perform maintenance and operation functions.
