An employee required to serve as a Juror or subpoenaed by the Crown as a witness and therefore, is unable to regular shift shall be entitled to receive for each day of absence the difference between regular straight time rate for all hours lost and the amount of jury fee received provided the employee furnishes the Corporation with a Certificate of Service signed by the Clerk of the Court showing the amount of jury fee received during the normal work week.

An employee required to attend for jury service during their ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by RIG an amount equal to the difference between the amount received for their attendance for such jury service and the amount of the ordinary wage they would have received in respect of the ordinary time they would have worked had they not been on jury service.
