Post Graduate. Physician Orientation The County shall ensure that CIR/SEIU is allotted at least 45 minutes at all new resident orientation sessions in order to disseminate information concerning EHR incentive enrollment, HSBP benefits enrollment and CIR membership to incoming House Staff. Additionally, the County agrees to continue the practice of providing CIR with space for tabling at all orientation sessions.

Post Graduate. 24.16 The employer will consult in good faith with the employee about the relevance of any one-off qualification the employee holds, has or obtains and any potential entitlement to a qualification recognition payment. Each employer reserves the right to determine which qualification is relevant to their workplace and whether the employee is entitled to any qualification recognition payment.
Post Graduate. 5.9.1 An employee with an additional post graduate qualification which is of direct relevance to their current position or functional work area shall be paid an allowance of 7.5% of the UGI Grade 1 Year 3 Rate in 6.1.

An employee who holds a Masters or Doctorate, shall be paid, in addition to their salary, the following amount: • Masters or Doctorate 7.5% of the hourly rate of pay. The above allowance will be payable by the employer from the time of presentation of documentary evidence of the qualification. The post graduate allowance shall be taken into account in the calculation of overtime and annual leave payments.
Post Graduate. A holder of a Master’s Degree from an Ontario University or its equivalent, where the courses are not being used for certification purposes, will receive an additional per annum. This allowance is to be allowed beyond the salary category maximum.   • Hospital This plan covers behavioral health services if you are inpatient at a general or specialty hospital. See Inpatient Services in Section 3 for additional information. Residential Treatment Facility This plan covers services at behavioral health residential treatment facilities, which provide: • clinical treatment; • medication evaluation management; and • 24-hour on site availability of health professional staff, as required by licensing regulations. Intermediate Care Services This plan covers intermediate care services, which are facility-based programs that are: • more intensive than traditional outpatient services; • less intensive than 24-hour inpatient hospital or residential treatment facility services; and • used as a step down from a higher level of care; or • used a step-up from standard care level of care. Intermediate care services include the following: • Partial Hospital Program (PHP) – PHPs are structured and medically supervised day, evening, or nighttime treatment programs providing individualized treatment plans. A PHP typically runs for five hours a day, five days per week. • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – An IOP provides substantial clinical support for patients who are either in transition from a higher level of care or at risk for admission to a higher level of care. An IOP typically runs for three hours per day, three days per week.
