This will include the following tasks: • Input raw survey data into AutoDesk Civil 3D to sort data into the Engineer’s standard layers for efficient analysis. • Verify surveyor horizontal and vertical control. • Verify survey data from as-built conditions. • Sort all data points by layers and descriptions for computer modeling. • Prepare triangulated irregular network (TIN surface model) of existing ground contours, pavement edges, roadways, electrical equipment, drainage features, buildings, fences, and other miscellaneous entities. • Generate three-dimensional contour model from TIN surface model. • Prepare and process data for spot elevations, grading and/or paving cross sections.

Analyze Topographic Survey Data. The Engineer will analyze the topographical survey data and prepare the data for use with computer generated plans for construction, consisting of the following tasks: • Input raw survey data into the computer program in order to sort data into company standard layers for efficient analyzing. • If available, verify survey data from previous design and “record drawing” conditions with latest field survey. • Sort all data points by layers and description for computer modeling. • Verify Surveyor horizontal and vertical control. • Selectively survey existing ground contours in the existing parking lot area, including the existing paved, verify electrical equipment, drainage features, and fences, locate existing signs, including abandoned sign or light bases and other miscellaneous items. • Prepare and process data for pavement profiles, grading and/or paving cross sections, and drainage features.

This task includes analyzing the Runway 17/35 safety area topographical survey and object inventory data. Current editions of FAA runway safety area documents (i.e., FAA Office of Airports (ARP) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) No. 8 Runway Safety Area Determination, FAA Order 5200.8 Runway Safety Area Program, FAA Order 5200.9 Financial Feasibility and Equivalency of Runway Safety Area Improvements and Engineered Material Arresting Systems, etc.) will be reviewed and applicable data provided to the Sponsor accordingly. This will include the following tasks: ✈ Conduct safety area topographical survey and object inventory. ✈ Prepare exhibit(s) (plan view of safety area with spot elevations/longitudinal and transverse gradients/dimensions, location/description of objects; etc.) and associated narrative with analysis (compliance with current standards vs. non-compliance with current standard(s). ✈ If a non-standard determination is made by the FAA, assist Sponsor with alternative analysis preparation and presentation per the referenced FAA guidance above.

  • Topographic Survey The Professional shall obtain a topographic and utility survey as described below. 4.1.1. The Professional shall tie in all existing surface topographic features and structures within the survey limits shown in Figure 1. This survey shall include: tops of curbs, edges of pavement, pavement materials, driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, drainage structures (top, edges and flow line), channels and drainage ways (tops, toes and flow line), manholes (rim, flow lines and diameters of pipes, type of material and photographs of the inside of manholes and drainage structures), including the same survey data for upstream and downstream manholes and structures that are outside of the survey limits for all gravity wastewater and drainage lines within the survey limits. Visible valves, meters, clean-outs, slabs, utility signs, utility poles and structures, fences, landscaping features, shrubbery, trees (including the approximate drip-line), tree canopies, buildings (edges within the survey limits) mailboxes, etc. Trees shall be tagged and tabulated by size and species specific in compliance with the City of New Braunfels Tree Preservation ordinance as defined in the City of New Braunfels Zoning Ordinance Chapter 5.3- 5i. The survey limits shall extend approximately 100 feet on intersecting streets. The Professional shall provide sufficient ground shots to create one (1) foot contours for the Project. 4.1.2. The Professional shall conduct a utility survey and locate existing utilities within the Project boundary in Figure 1. The Professional shall contact all utility service providers by calling Texas 811 and the NBU Project Manager to coordinate flagging of existing franchise utilities. The Professional shall request drawings of existing agency and municipal owned utilities and shall include locations of these utilities in the survey. The Professional shall tie in the locations of the discovered utilities on the survey. The Professional shall bear all costs for the Services associated with utility locates. 4.1.3. The Professional shall locate up to ten (10) geotechnical borings and tie them in to the Project survey. 4.1.4. The Professional shall set and install control points and/or benchmarks as required for the survey work (minimum 1-foot intervals). The Professional shall provide horizontal and vertical coordinates of the benchmarks in the required coordinate system and datum and show the benchmarks on the survey drawing. 4.1.5. The Professional shall research and review adjoining plats and deeds along the survey corridor. The Professional shall locate property corners and identify existing right of way (“ROW”), along the survey corridor, based on found monuments and record documents.

  • Surveys Each Borrower shall submit the Ship owned by it regularly to all periodical or other surveys which may be required for classification purposes and, if so required by the Security Trustee provide the Security Trustee, with copies of all survey reports.

  • Site Data (i) The Contractor shall be deemed to have inspected and examined the Site and its surroundings and to have satisfied himself before entering into the Agreement in all material respects including but not limited to: (a) the form and nature of the Site (including, inter-alia, the surface and sub- surface conditions and geo-technical factors); (b) the hydrological and climatic conditions; (c) the extent and nature of the works already completed and Materials necessary for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects that includes already executed part also. (d) the suitability and the adequacy of the Site for the execution of the Works; (e) the means of access to the Site and the accommodation the Contractor may require; (f) arranging permits as required as per [.] of the Agreement. (g) the requirements of operation and maintenance; and (h) all other factors and circumstances affecting the Contractor's rights and obligations under the Agreement, the Contract Price and Time for Completion.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.

  • Geotechnical Investigation Perform in accordance with the City Design Manual and other City requirements as designated in writing by the Director.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.

  • Survey Buyer may obtain a survey of the Property before the Closing to assure that there are no defects, encroachments, overlaps, boundary line or acreage disputes, or other such matters, that would be disclosed by a survey ("Survey Problems"). The cost of the survey shall be paid by the Buyer. Not later than business days prior to the Closing, Buyer shall notify Seller of any Survey Problems which shall be deemed to be a defect in the title to the Property. Seller shall be required to remedy such defects within If Seller does not or cannot remedy any such defect(s), Buyer shall have the option of canceling this Agreement, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money shall be returned to Buyer.

  • Geological and archaeological finds It is expressly agreed that mining, geological or archaeological rights do not form part of this Agreement with the Contractor for the Works, and the Contractor hereby acknowledges that it shall not have any mining rights or interest in the underlying minerals, fossils, antiquities, structures or other remnants or things either of particular geological or archaeological interest and that such rights, interest and property on or under the Site shall vest in and belong to the Authority or the concerned Government Instrumentality. The Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent its workmen or any other person from removing or damaging such interest or property and shall inform the Authority forthwith of the discovery thereof and comply with such instructions as the concerned Government Instrumentality may reasonably give for the removal of such property. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that any reasonable expenses incurred by the Contractor hereunder shall be reimbursed by the Authority. It is also agreed that the Authority shall procure that the instructions hereunder are issued by the concerned Government Instrumentality within a reasonable period.
