Topographical Survey a. Preparation of a Topographic Survey for the portions of the subject property as outlined in purple, approximately 27 acres (see Exhibit "A-1"). All work shall be in accordance with the Standards of Practice as set forth by Chapter 5J-17 of the Florida Administrative Code; b. All existing fences within the topographic areas shall be located and mapped; c. Elevations shall be collected in a manner sufficient to generate one (1) foot contours; d. Contours shall extend to the nearest edge of water; e. Elevations shall be referenced to the North American Vertical Datum of 1988; f. Visible evidence of utilities shall be located. Pipe material, sizes, and elevations shall be determined where accessible. Location of underground utilities (SUE) is not included; g. Those trees within the upland portion of the subject property that are 6-inches

Topographical Survey. Consultant through a subconsultant will perform surveying services for the project. The following survey shall be provided.
Topographical Survey. The Consultant shall incorporate relevant topographical surveys and mapping information, assessed and developed in the Basic Engineering Stage (see 3.3.3 above), into the Tender Design and tender documents (see 3.4.9 below). Topographical Survey. The ENGINEER will employ the services of a licensed surveyor to collect data including but not limited to: elevations, utility locations, structure locations, edge of pavements, etc. Final deliverable will be in an electronic format drawing plus signed and sealed hard copies. An underground locates will be performed prior to the survey to identify all underground utilities.
Topographical Survey x. Xxxxx will perform detailed topographical surveying for the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Park project. The survey will be based on the Texas State Plane Coordinate System 4202 North Central Texas datum. The survey will include the following: i. Horizontal and Vertical control points will be established such that all points of construction will be within 500 feet of a control point. ii. Topographic features will be surveyed along with any and all other features needed for design within a 50' swath of proposed Trail. Ground surface contours at an interval of one (01) foot supplemented by appropriate spot elevations accurate to 0.1 foot elevation. Tie existing trees 6‐inch caliper and larger within 25’ to either side of the trail centerline. Existing surface utility appurtenances as needed. Existing drainage and utility information. Other visible surface features and underground utilities shown based on field ties of visible surface appurtenances, and City and franchise utilities record information. The surveyor and engineer cannot certify as to the accuracy or completeness of the record documents used to locate the existing underground utilities. iii. Existing property corners, iron pins, etc. will be tied to establish existing rights‐ of‐way and property lines. iv. Halff shall prepare a preliminary and final plat for the park property. The plat document will include the property boundary resolve and easement descriptions and exhibits.
Topographical Survey a. Conduct topographic surveys of the PROJECT areas. The surveys will include existing surface elevations, existing sewer inverts, utility facilities marked in the field by the utility companies, and other visible and accessible physical features that are required for the design of the PROJECT. b. Establish horizontal and vertical control for purposes of performing the topographic surveys and for use in construction of the PROJECT. c. Request underground utility locates by Indiana Underground Plant Protection Services. d. Coordinate soil borings with a geotechnical firm to evaluate subsurface conditions. It is understood the OWNER will select and contract directly with the geotechnical firm, outside of the ENGINEER’s scope and compensation.

Establish survey control and benchmarks for all three project locations in areas anticipated to be outside of the construction area. Benchmarks and datums will be established using NAVD 88. Existing benchmarks will be utilized where benchmarks are found.

Topographical Survey a. Perform a topographic survey of the south right-of-way of Lockport Street, from the pavement centerline to the south right-of-way line between Meadow Lane and Xxxxxx Drive. Survey cross sections will be performed every 50 feet. b. Perform a topographic survey of the southeasterly right-of-way of South Indian Boundary Line Road, from the pavement centerline, to approximately 50 feet beyond the southeasterly right-of-way line between Lockport Street and 800 feet southwest of the Lockport Street intersection. Survey cross sections will be performed every 50 feet. c. Download the survey and create a base map and triangular irregular network (TIN) model using MicroStation and GEOPAK software. d. Call in a X.X.X.X.X. design-stage ticket for the corridors to be surveyed. e. Identify potential utility conflicts.
Topographical Survey. This phase of the project will gather data needed to properly design the project and will include the following tasks: A. Research existing area for existing plans, control points, bench marks, survey notes, intersection, right of way information and other pertinent information including water elevations, river bottom, and ordinary high water mark. B. Setup necessary data for field crews to perform data collection. C. Establish control in the form of NAD83 State Plane Coordinates (horizontal) and NAVD29 datum (vertical) by the use of GPS. D. Process all GPS and topographic data into a base drawing to be used for the design.
Topographical Survey. Within fifteen (15) days of the approval of this Agreement by EPWA, Developer shall submit to the EPWA a topographical survey for the Property sufficient for EPWA to have engineering plans created for the Infrastructure Improvements.
