AND LEOFF. 2 DEPENDENT PREMIUM SHARING: Employees pay 10% of all dependent medical insurance premiums. Members who select the HealthFirst HDHP/HSA will not contribute toward premium-sharing and will receive contributions to the HSA as outlined above. The union is free to move to any plan, including NW Firefighter’s trust, provided non-city plans such as NWFFT are not administered by the City. • For employees choosing a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA), the City will put the difference between the premium for the HDHP plan and the Maximum Monthly Employer Contribution at the employee’s tier into a HSA up to the applicable IRS limit. The combined annual contributions by the City and the employee may not exceed the maximum allowable by the Internal Revenue Service. The HDHP with HSA will comply with all IRS regulations.
