ANNUAL REPORT FOR MEMBERS. 1. All Members of the Bargaining Unit except those Members on sabbatical or other leaves who have given prior notice to their Xxxx/Director of the Library of their intent to postpone submission until their return shall submit a report in writing on their activities for the preceding twelve (12) months to the Xxxx/Director of the Library, through the Chairperson, by May 15th. The report will cover all components of his/her responsibilities as listed under Article 2.00 - Rights, Responsibilities and Duties of Academics. 2. In preparing their reports, Members shall use the appropriate standardised form developed for each Faculty and the Library. 3. It is also the responsibility of the Members to provide annually an up-to-date and corrected C.V. for their personnel file.
ANNUAL REPORT FOR MEMBERS. The Xxxx/Director of the Library shall examine the annual reports as per Article 2.11, and make such other inquiries, as he/she deems appropriate. Where the Member does not show active participation and/or satisfactory performance in all three areas, A, B, and C (for Members in the regular stream) or both areas A and C (for Members in the alternate stream) under and within the provisions of Article 2.00, the Xxxx/Director of the Library shall undertake a more detailed review of the Member's activities. This review shall include at least an examination of prior annual reports covering a period of time determined by the Xxxx/Director of the Library following consultation with the Member. The Xxxx/Director of the Library shall inform the Member of the results of this review and shall award an annual increment where overall performance is found to be satisfactory.

The activity report shall include the previous May 1 to April 30 period. A copy of the activity report will be placed in Member's official personnel file. a) The activity report shall include the following information: (i) details of the range of responsibilities and duties performed as per Articles 2.1 and 2.3 as appropriate; (ii) other pertinent information deemed relevant by the Member.
ANNUAL REPORT FOR MEMBERS. 5.45.1 All full-time Members, except those on sabbatical or study leave who have given prior notice to their Xxxx/University Librarian of their intent to postpone submission until their return, shall submit a report in electronic and paper format, on their activities for the preceding twelve (12) months to the Xxxx/University Librarian, through the Chair/Director, by May 15. The report will cover all components of her/his responsibilities as listed under Article 5.15 – Rights, Responsibilities and Duties of Academics.

  • Annual Reports Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the last day of each fiscal year of Holdings commencing with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018 (but one hundred fifty (150) days for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018), a copy of the consolidated balance sheet of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of the last day of the fiscal year then ended and the consolidated statements of income and cash flows of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries for the fiscal year then ended, and accompanying notes thereto, each in reasonable detail showing in comparative form the figures for the previous fiscal year (starting with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019) accompanied in the case of the consolidated financial statements by an opinion of an independent public accounting firm of recognized national standing or other accounting firm selected by the Borrower and reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent (which opinion shall be unqualified as to scope, subject to the proviso below) to the effect that the consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with GAAP and present fairly in all material respects the consolidated financial condition and results of operations and cash flows of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of the close of and for such fiscal year; provided that such financial statements shall not contain a “going concern” qualification or statement, except to the extent that such a “going concern” qualification or statement relates to (A) the report and opinion accompanying the financial statements for the fiscal year ending immediately prior to the stated final maturity date of the Loans, Permitted Pari Passu Refinancing Debt, Permitted Unsecured Refinancing Debt or Permitted Junior Refinancing Debt and which qualification or statement is solely a consequence of such impending stated final maturity date or (B) any potential inability to satisfy the Financial Covenants, or any financial covenant under any other Indebtedness on a future date or in a future period; in each case, such financial statements shall be accompanied by a customary management discussion and analysis of the financial performance of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries;

  • Annual Reporting Within 90 days after the close of each of its respective fiscal years, audited, unqualified consolidated financial statements (which shall include balance sheets, statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows) for Provider for such fiscal year certified in a manner acceptable to the Agent by independent public accountants acceptable to the Agent.

  • Annual Report by Independent Registered Public Accountants (a) The Servicer shall cause a firm of Independent registered public accountants (which may provide other services to the Servicer or the Seller) to prepare annually, and the Servicer shall deliver annually to the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies on or before the earlier of (A) March 31 of each year, beginning March 31, 2023, or (B) with respect to each calendar year during which the Depositor’s annual report on Form 10-K is required to be filed in accordance with the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, the date on which the annual report on Form 10-K is required to be filed in accordance with the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, a report (the “Annual Accountant’s Report”) regarding the Servicer’s assessment of compliance with the servicing criteria set forth in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB during the immediately preceding twelve (12) months ended December 31 (or, in the case of the first Annual Accountant’s Report to be delivered on or before March 31, 2023, the period of time from the date of this Agreement until December 31, 2022), in accordance with paragraph (b) of Rule 13a-18 and Rule 15d-18 of the Exchange Act and Item 1122 of Regulation AB. Such report shall be signed by an authorized officer of the Servicer and shall at a minimum address each of the servicing criteria specified in Exhibit C. In the event that the accounting firm providing such report requires the Indenture Trustee to agree or consent to the procedures performed by such firm, the Issuer shall direct the Indenture Trustee in writing to so agree; it being understood and agreed that the Indenture Trustee will deliver such letter of agreement or consent in conclusive reliance upon the direction of the Issuer subject to the Indenture Trustee’s rights, privileges, protections and immunities under the Indenture, and the Indenture Trustee will not make any independent inquiry or investigation as to, and shall have no obligation or liability in respect of the sufficiency, validity or correctness of such procedures. (b) The Annual Accountant’s Report shall also indicate that the accounting firm providing such report is independent of the Servicer in accordance with the Rules of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, and shall include any attestation report required under Item 1122(b) of Regulation AB (or any successor or similar items or rule), as then in effect. SERVICES RELATED TO TRUE-UP ADJUSTMENTS

  • Annual Financial Reports The Borrower shall provide, or shall cause to be provided, to the Administrative Agent, as soon as available, but in any event within 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Borrower (commencing with the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012), a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the end of such fiscal year, and the related consolidated statements of income or operations, partners’ equity and cash flows for such fiscal year, setting forth in each case in comparative form the figures for the previous fiscal year, all in reasonable detail and prepared in accordance with GAAP, such consolidated statements to be audited and accompanied by a report and opinion of an independent certified public accountant of nationally recognized standing reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, which report and opinion shall be prepared in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and shall not be subject to any “going concern” or like qualification or exception or any qualification or exception as to the scope of such audit, and such statements to be certified by the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of the Borrower, to the effect that (i) such statements fairly, in all material respects, present the financial condition, results of operations, partners’ equity and cash flows of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in accordance with GAAP and (ii) there were no material contingent obligations, material unaccrued liabilities for taxes, material unusual forward or long-term commitments, or material unrealized or anticipated losses of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, except as disclosed therein or as otherwise disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent and adequate reserves for such items have been made in accordance with GAAP;

  • Quarterly Financial Reports The School shall prepare and submit quarterly financial reports to the Commission within 45 days of the end of each fiscal year quarter.

  • Quarterly Reporting If reporting is on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the Orange County Citizens’ Commission for Children a complete, accurate, and programmatic Quarterly Report, in a format as provided by the COUNTY, on or before the 10th of the month following the close of the quarter, as well as supporting documentation. The Quarterly Reports shall, if applicable to the Scope of Work in Attachment “A”, list “Units of Service” provided (i.e.: hourly, per session, etc.) and/or any other pertinent outcome measurements outlined in Attachment “A”.
