Anti-Spam Policy. The Owner strictly forbids the use of unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or SPAM campaigns. The Owner maintains a Zero-Tolerance policy against SPAM, be it direct, third party or any affiliate (Recipient) or similar agent acting on the Recipient's behalf. As such, the Owner reserves the right to terminate any violating Recipient’s account or any part thereof, without notice or compensation. Any Recipient’s found to be involved in a SPAM/UCE campaign, including flooding newsgroups, distributing messages to recipients that do not want the information or any other abuse contravening UCE legislation will be met as follows:
a. The Recipient’s account will be closed immediately, without burden of notice or compensation.
b. A $500.00 USD administration fee will be incurred against the offending Recipient.
c. Our Privacy Policy becomes forfeit, and all pertinent information will be provided to any investigating authorities or anti-Spam organizations.
d. The Recipient will be held accountable for any monetary damages suffered by the Owner, sustained through contravention of this Affiliate Marketing Agreement. This will include, but not limit to, punitive damages related to lost clients and brand deterioration.

KonnectMD also prohibits using false headers in emails or falsifying, forging or altering the origin of any email in connection with KonnectMD, and/or its products and services. KonnectMD prohibits engaging in any of the foregoing activities by using the service of another provider, remailer service, or otherwise. IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS “SPAMMED” BY SOMEONE WHO IS SELLING OR DESCRIBING KONNECTMD’S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, PLEASE CONTACT US PROMPTLY SO THAT WE MAY TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

Be conscious of forum rules! If a forum owner or moderator complains that an Affiliate has spammed, the Affiliate Account may be permanently terminated after investigation.
c. Content posted on free blog websites for the sole purpose of keyword spamming, or comments posted to legitimate blogs that violate the comment policy of the blog owner.
d. Solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging" system;
e. Certain off-line activities that, while not considered spam, are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules, regulations, or laws. Account Termination: Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, EnergyWorlds may investigate the complaint, and if necessary, will then terminate the Affiliate Account of the individual implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate closure of the member and Affiliate Account, the loss of all referrals, and the forfeiture of any unpaid money on account. At Integrative Energetics discretion, termination may not only result in being banned from the Affiliate Program, but also being banned from ANY other internal affiliate programs. Anti-Spam Policy. At Meet Xxx, we are aware of our responsibilities as a good internet citizen and are dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of other Internet citizens. We oppose the sending of unsolicited e-mail and text-messages (spam) as defined herein. Meet Xxx does not authorize anyone to use our services for the purpose of sending spam. We refuse business from known spammers. If a current Meet Xxx customer uses our services to spam anyone, that customer's service contract will be voided without refund.

There are a number of factors Meet Xxx uses to determine whether a customer is spamming, including, but not limited to: complaints sent to abuse report addresses, SpamCop reports, complaints sent to any of Meet Xxx upstream providers, and evaluating a customer's email statistics and recipient addresses. Decisions made by Meet Xxx personnel regarding a customer's use of Meet Xxx are final. Spam is unsolicited e-mail and/or text sent in bulk. Any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person via e-mail and/or text without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.
