APPENDIX B – XXXXXXX ON CALL. ‌ 2 A. The following standby on-call procedures shall apply to nursing units with 3 mandatory required call schedules: 4 1. Standard standby on-call pattern: A nurse who is scheduled to be on 5 standby on-call shall be paid eight dollars ($8.00) per hour on-call. If called 6 in to work during an on-call shift, the nurse shall be assigned a minimum 7 of three hours (3) of work, or pay in lieu of such hours not assigned by the 8 Medical Center, at time-and-one-half the nurse’s straight-time rate of pay 9 as shown in Appendix A, including regularly scheduled shift, certification, 10 clinical ladder, and AHN differentials. 12 B. Nursing units with mandatory scheduled standby will develop unit guidelines 13 regarding the scheduling and assignment of standby time. The Medical Center 14 will notify the Union before establishing a standby requirement in a unit where 15 standby is not currently mandatory and will bargain upon request. 17 C. The Medical Center will attempt to contact all qualified and available personnel 18 prior to mandating additional Standby On-Call. In the absence of a qualified 19 volunteer, the Medical Center may assign Standby On-Call hours on a rotational 20 basis consistent with Section B above.

  • SHOP XXXXXXX The Shop Xxxxxxx shall be a County employee as selected by the Union. A list of shop stewards will be kept current and sent by the Union to each department head and to Human Resources. Duties required by the Union of its stewards, except attendance at meetings with the County, supervisory personnel and aggrieved employees arising out of a grievance already initiated by an employee under Article 14 hereof, shall not interfere with their or other employees, regular work assignments as employees of the County. The shop xxxxxxx, or their designee, involved with a particular grievance must be identified at Step 1 of the grievance procedure and will be designated as the only bargaining unit employee who will be able to gather information pertaining to that particular grievance. The Union will make reasonable efforts to control the amount of investigative time spent between the shop xxxxxxx and the aggrieved employee. Meetings scheduled with management and other proper investigative procedures, and attendance at meetings specified in Steps 1 and 2 of the grievance procedure shall be considered hours worked for compensation purposes to the extent such meetings occur during the normal hours of work, and not otherwise. In order to use union leave for this purpose, Shop Stewards must notify the supervisor/department head of meetings and other commitments at the time these are scheduled. Attendance at meetings specified in Step 3 of the grievance procedure shall be considered hours worked during regularly scheduled business hours of the County for the xxxxxxx involved, witnesses and the grievant. The County shall not be liable for any overtime as a result of the meeting. Witnesses and the shop xxxxxxx involved shall be granted leave with pay to the extent their presence at the proceedings is required. If it is a discharge case the grievant shall not be paid except as provided in a remedy awarded.

  • Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification Each Form 10-K with respect to the Trust shall include a Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit X required to be included therewith pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. The Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Operating Advisor, the Asset Representations Reviewer (in the case of the Asset Representations Reviewer, solely with respect to reporting periods in which the Asset Representations Reviewer is required to deliver an Asset Review Report Summary), the Custodian and the Trustee shall provide (and (i) with respect to any Servicing Function Participant of such party that is a Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such Servicing Function Participant to provide, and (ii) with respect to any other Servicing Function Participant of such party (other than any party to this Agreement), shall cause such Servicing Function Participant to provide) to the Person who signs the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Certification for the Trust or any Other Securitization Trust (the “Certifying Person”) no later than March 1 in the year immediately following the year as to which such Form 10-K relates or, if March 1 is not a Business Day, on the immediately following Business Day, a certification in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Y-1, Exhibit Y-2, Exhibit Y-3, Exhibit Y-4, Exhibit Y-5, Exhibit Y-6, Exhibit Y-7 and Exhibit Y-8, as applicable, on which the Certifying Person, the entity for which the Certifying Person acts as an officer, and such entity’s officers, directors and Affiliates (collectively with the Certifying Person, “Certification Parties”) can reasonably rely. With respect to each Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan serviced under an Outside Servicing Agreement, the Certificate Administrator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure, and upon receipt deliver to the Certifying Person, a Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx back-up certification similar in form and substance to the certifications referenced in the preceding sentence, from the related Outside Servicer, the related Outside Special Servicer, the related Outside Paying Agent and the related Outside Trustee. In the event any Reporting Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable Sub-Servicing Agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Reporting Servicer shall provide a certification to the Certifying Person pursuant to this Section 10.06 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable sub-servicing or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.
