Applicable to Section III Employees Only. (ii) Casual employees shall receive vacation pay bi-weekly at the rate of four percent (4%) of the regular hours worked in a bi-weekly period.

Applicable to Section III Employees Only. An employee who is being rejected during the employee’s probation period shall be provided with two (2) weeks’ notice or payment in lieu thereof.
Applicable to Section III Employees Only. The duties of the stewards shall be to investigate complaints of an urgent nature and to investigate and present grievances in accordance with the grievance procedure.
Applicable to Section III Employees Only. Grievances concerning demotion, suspension or dismissal shall be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure within twenty (2) working days of the date that the employee became aware of the action.
