Application for Permits. The Company and the Manager shall apply for all Permits listed on Schedule 4.19 as not being valid and in full force and effect (the “Outstanding Permits”), and shall use their best efforts to obtain each Outstanding Permit and ensure that the same are valid and in full force and effect as promptly as practicable hereafter, but in any event no later than the Closing Date.
Application for Permits. During the Inspection Period, CEV shall apply and pay for all required permits, variances and/or approvals required for CEV’s construction of the improvements on, and CEV’s use of, the Premises (collectively, the “Permits”).
Application for Permits. As soon as the Final Tenant Improvement Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall submit said plans to all appropriate governmental agencies and private parties from whom Permits are required for the construction and use of the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall notify Tenant of any changes required by any governmental agencies, and Tenant shall have seven (7) days thereafter to indicate its approval thereof. All such changes required by governmental agencies shall be deemed acceptable to Tenant unless Tenant's use of the Premises is materially impaired thereby. The final plans, specifications and working drawings as approved, and all change orders specifically permitted pursuant to Subparagraph (c) below, shall be referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."
Application for Permits. Company shall obtain and maintain all required permits and other authorizations necessary to construct the Colorado River Project from the appropriate governmental entity in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and Company shall comply with the terms of the permits issued subject to notice of any non-compliance with a reasonable opportunity to cure the non- compliance.
Application for Permits. As soon as the Final Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord shall submit the approved Final Plans to all governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Work. Landlord shall use its best efforts to obtain from such agencies all required Permits for construction of the Work in accordance with the Final Plans approved by the parties on or before the date for obtaining such Permits specified in the Project Schedule. If a governmental agency requires any change to the approved Final Plans as a condition of issuance of a required Permit, then Landlord and Tenant shall approve of such governmental request or alternatively, make other mutually acceptable changes to the Final Tenant Improvement Plans in order to make said plans acceptable.
Application for Permits. During the Inspection Period, RED E CHARGING shall apply and pay for all required permits, variances and/or approvals required for RED E CHARGING’s construction of the improvements on, and RED E CHARGING’s use of, the Premises (collectively, the “Permits”).
Application for Permits. Each party shall, promptly after execution hereof, apply for any and all permits, licenses and regulatory approvals required for its performance hereof.
Application for Permits. 3.3.1 ProjectCo shall make or cause to be made as soon as practicable after the Signing Date, all applications (whether initial or renewal applications) for the Permits in the prescribed form and with the prescribed fee to the appropriate Government Authority and shall diligently pursue all such applications. The information supplied in the applications shall be complete and accurate and shall satisfy the substantive and procedural requirements of the applicable Laws.
3.3.2 ProjectCo shall provide to GoR and EUCL, one week prior to the Commercial Operation Date, a report setting out the status of all applications for Permits.
Application for Permits. (1) A person may apply to PANGTEL in a form approved by PANGTEL for a permit to connect customer equipment, or a type of customer equipment, to a telecommunications network.
(2) An application under Subsection (1) shall–
(a) give a detailed description of the customer equipment, or type of customer equipment; and
(b) be accompanied by–
(i) a report issued by an accredited test house on compliance by the equipment with the technical standards determined by PANGTEL under Part XII; and
(ii) such other information as PANGTEL requires the applicant to provide; and
(c) be accompanied by payment of the prescribed fee.
Application for Permits. Before commencement of demolition, the Contractor shall:
a. Obtain all required demolition permits and approvals from, as applicable, the Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxx, Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Department of Public Works, and the City of Xxxxxxx.
b. Arrange for all utility companies to disconnect their respective facilities and provide verification that the gas, electric, water and sewer services have been disconnected properly. Verifications from the utility companies or service providers shall be provided in writing to the St. Louis County Department of Public Works, Commercial Building Inspection Section and St. Louis County Port Authority.
c. Secure and provide to St. Louis County Port Authority all Commercial Building Inspector approved Demolition Permit Release Authorizations and approvals from the St. Louis County Department of Health, and any other applicable jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
d. Pay all permit and inspection fees required for the completion of the project, including, without imitation, all applicable Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan requirements.
