Application for Posted Positions. 8.2.1 Applications for posted positions shall be submitted using the Job Application form no later than the date the posting ends and shall be accompanied by a complete updated CV.

Application for Posted Positions. When the Employer has made a decision to post a vacancy for a permanent position, qualified bargaining unit employees shall have the first opportunity to apply. Upon written request, a candidate will be given an explanation for that candidate’s non-selection for a position.

  • VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same. Such posting shall not preclude the Employer from advertising outside the site premises. All postings shall state minimum qualifications required, the equivalent to full-time (E.F.T.) and date of closing of the competition. Job descriptions shall be available to applicants on request. 3002 The Employer will be required to post a notice of vacancy for only five (5) days for a vacancy that is created by:

  • Job Postings and Applications If a vacancy or a new job is created for which Union personnel reasonably might be expected to be recruited, the following shall apply:

  • Application for Service (a) You must comply with any application form or process we specify.

  • Application for Use a. The Employer agrees to accept properly executed leave applications within six (6) months of the first day of the period of leave being requested.

  • Application for Leave Any request for a leave of absence shall be submitted in writing by the employee to the Employer or designee.   • Periodic Update of Contact Information The District shall provide CSEA with a list of all bargaining unit members names and contact information on the last working day of September, January, and May. The information will be provided to CSEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service. This contact information shall also include the following information that is on file with the District, with each field listed in its own column:

  • Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. A copy of such Constitution and By-Laws, and any changes thereto, shall be transmitted to the Company.
