Application of Anniversary Date. (a) The anniversary date of an employee who commences service or who is promoted or reclassified, resulting in a salary increment shall be
(i) the first day of the month if the transaction occurred prior to the 16th day of the month; or
(ii) the first day of the month following if the transaction occurred on or after the 16th day of the month.
(b) The anniversary date of an employee who is appointed to a position or whose position is reclassified not resulting in a salary increment shall remain unchanged.
(c) The anniversary date of an employee who has been on leave of absence without pay in excess of three (3) continuous months shall be moved to a date which provides for a total of twelve (12) months of paid employment between anniversary dates.
Application of Anniversary Date. (a) The salary review date of an employee who commences employment shall be the effective date of their commencement.
(b) The salary review date of an employee who is promoted or reclassified resulting in a salary increase shall be changed to the effective date of the promotion or reclassification.
(c) The salary review date of an employee who is promoted or reclassified not resulting in a salary increase shall remain unchanged.
(d) The salary review date of an employee who has been on leave of absence without pay in excess of six (6) continuous months shall be moved to a date which provides for a total of twelve (12) months of paid employment between anniversary dates.

(a) the first day of the month if the transaction occurred prior to the 16th day of the month; or
(b) the first day of the month following if the transaction occurred on or after the 16th day of the month.
(2) The anniversary date shall remain unchanged for a regular employee who:
(a) is appointed to a position or whose position is reclassified not resulting in a salary increment; or
(b) accepts a position having a lower maximum rate of pay than that of his/her former position.
(3) The anniversary date of a regular employee who has been on leave of absence without pay in excess of three (3) continuous months shall be moved to a date which provides for a total of twelve (12) months of paid employment between anniversary dates.

(c) The anniversary date of an employee who has been on leave of absence without pay in excess of six (6) continuous months shall be moved to a date which provides for a total of twelve (12) months of paid employment between anniversary dates.

(ii) an employee is not eligible to receive an annual increment if they are in a class for which there is a single rate of pay.
