Appointment to a Separate Agency. Notwithstanding clause 34.13, an employee who resigns to accept an appointment with an organization listed Schedule V of the Financial Administration Act may choose not to be paid for unused vacation and furlough leave credits, provided that the appointing organization will accept such credits.
