Common use of Approved Holidays Clause in Contracts

Approved Holidays. The following shall be the approved holidays for the term of this agreement: New Year's Day Day preceding New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day following Thanksgiving Christmas Day Day preceding Christmas Three (3) floating holidays each calendar year scheduled by the director. In the event that the University recognizes an additional approved holiday, such holiday will be added to those holidays observed under 12.1.1, Approved Holidays.
