Arborist Trainee Sample Clauses

The 'Arborist Trainee' clause defines the role, responsibilities, and status of an individual who is undergoing training to become a certified arborist within the organization. This clause typically outlines the scope of work permitted for trainees, supervision requirements, and any limitations on the tasks they may perform, such as restricting them from operating certain equipment or making independent safety decisions. Its core function is to ensure that trainees are properly supervised and do not undertake work beyond their current qualifications, thereby promoting safety and compliance while supporting the professional development of new arborists.
