Areas of Consultation. In order to promote the free flow of information between the CESP and the Board, the CESP and the Board agree that the CESP President, Vice President, Chief Negotiator, the UniServ Director, the Executive Director of Business Services or designee, the Executive Director of Human Resources and two Board of Education members will constitute a consultation committee and meet monthly. Items in the categories of budgetary matters, staffing matters, revisions of policy, unsafe and hazardous working conditions, requests related to reimbursement for loss and damage of clothing or eyeglasses incurred in the performance of work duties are samples of items for discussion. Items raised for discussion in Areas of Consultation shall be responded to by the appropriate party by the next regularly scheduled Areas of Consultation after the meeting in which the item was initially raised for discussion. Items raised for discussion shall not be refused because of other pending investigations or discipline. External investigations such as DCFS or Police shall not be subject to this time limit.

For FEMA Undertakings on Tribal lands or potentially affecting properties of religious and cultural significance to Tribes, and where no tribe-specific consultation agreements or protocols are in place, FEMA shall consult with affected Tribe(s) or in accordance with 36 CFR Part 800. In determining who the affected Tribe(s) may be, FEMA will first establish that it is a type of Undertaking with potential to affect historic properties with religious and cultural significance and may consult with the SHPO and Tribe(s), and may access the National Park Service (NPS) Native American Consultation Database or other tools to identify geographic tribal interests.

  • SERVICES OF CONSULTANT Consultant agrees to perform for Client the Services. As such Consultant will provide bona fide services to Client. The services to be provided by Consultant will not be in connection with the offer or sale of securities in a capital-raising transaction, and will not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for Client's securities.

Consultant agrees that it shall be Consultant’s exclusive responsibility to pay all federal, state, or local payroll, social security, disability, industrial insurance, self-employment insurance, income and other taxes and assessments related to this Agreement. Neither FICA (Social Security), FUTA (Federal Employment), nor local, state or federal income taxes will be withheld from payments to Consultant. Consultant shall at Consultant’s expense pay and be fully liable and responsible for, and indemnity and hold harmless City from, any assessments, fines or penalties relating to Consultant’s failure to uphold any of these responsibilities.

  • Responsibilities of Consultant a. Consultant, as an independent contractor to Client, shall perform the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) in accordance with, and subject to, the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.
