ARTICLE UNION ABSENCE Leave of absence for nurses to attend Union business shall be granted pursuant to the following conditions Adequate notice in writing by the Union is given to the Health Centre No more than a total of ten nurses from both the full-time and part-time bargaining units shall be absent on such leave at the same time. To ensure adequate coverage the number of nurses approved for leave of absence for Union business during scheduled working hours may be limited to one (1) Union from any one unit any one time. All such leave shall not exceed one hundred (100) days collectively in any one calendar year
