Assistance to Participants. Every teacher shall have the right to present grievances in accordance with these procedures. The Board acknowledges the right of the Association to assist or to be present at any level of the grievance procedure and the Association acknowledges the right of any member of the administration to receive assistance as desired in any step of the grievance procedure. The teacher shall be present at any grievance when the administration or Association deems it necessary. At any stage of the grievance procedure, the grievant may receive assistance as desired from a counselor of the grievant's choice.

At any stage of the grievance procedure, either Party may have a counselor of that Party’s choice attend a grievance meeting with at least twenty-four (24) hour notice to the other Party.
Assistance to Participants. 3.9.1 Any queries relating to the EOI document and the terms and conditions contained therein should be addressed to the EOI Inviting Authority or the relevant contact person indicated in the EOI.
