Common use of Association Days Clause in Contracts

Association Days. At the beginning of the school year, the Association shall be credited with five (5) days to be used at the discretion of the Association. The Association agrees to notify the Board no less than forty-eight

Association Days. At the beginning of the school year, the Association shall be credited with five six (56) days, with no more than two (2) days to be used granted per person and a limit of two (2) persons with the exception of the president being allowed three (3) days at the discretion of the AssociationBusiness Manager or designee. The Association agrees to notify the Board request such days no less than forty-eightthree-(3) calendar days in advance and shall reimburse the district for any substitute costs.

The Association agrees to shall notify the Board no less than Superintendent at least forty-eighteight (48) hours in advance of taking such a day. Unused Association days shall not accumulate from year to year. No one (1) teacher shall use more than three (3) days per school year.
