Common use of Association Days Clause in Contracts

Association Days. Up to three (3) days per year will be allowed for the BEA President, or his/her designee, to conduct business for the Association. The delegate shall not be charged for the day(s) and the BEA will reimburse the District for substitute pay. Five (5) days notice must be provided to the Superintendent and building administrator prior to the absence.
