Common use of Association Days Clause in Contracts

Association Days. The Association shall have the right to use up to twenty (20) days for Association business without loss of pay as long as the use of those days does not jeopardize the operation of the school program. Use of Association Days must be approved by the Association President. Days may be taken in half-day increments. The use of Association days will be noted on the bargaining unit member’s timesheets for tracking purposes.
