Association Interview. 8.01 The Employer agrees that an officer of the Association or a nurse representative shall be allowed a reasonable period of time during regular working hours to interview newly employed nurses during their probationary period. During such interview, membership forms may be provided to the nurse. These interviews shall be scheduled in advance by the Employer and may be arranged collectively or individually.
