Common use of Association Leaves Clause in Contracts

Association Leaves. At the beginning of every school year the Association shall be provided up to four (4) days of paid leave to be used by the teachers who are officers or agents of the Association. Such use to be at the discretion of the Association. The Association agrees to notify the Board no less than one week in advance of taking such leave.
