Association LHEs Sample Clauses
The 'Association LHEs' clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding Local Hosting Entities (LHEs) that are associated with an organization or agreement. This clause typically outlines how LHEs are designated, their roles in facilitating local operations, and the standards they must meet to maintain association status. For example, it may specify the process for an LHE to become recognized by the association or detail the obligations they have in supporting events or activities. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all associated LHEs operate under consistent guidelines, thereby promoting effective coordination and minimizing misunderstandings between the association and its local partners.
