Common use of Association Membership Clause in Contracts

Association Membership. 4.01 Upon the commencement of employment of work in the bargaining unit, NAV CANADA will provide the employee with an application for membership in the Association. Completed applications shall be forwarded to the National Office of the Association within thirty (30) days of hiring. The Association will provide the necessary documentation to the appropriate human resources area of NAV CANADA so that it will be included as part of the employment documentation given to the employee upon hiring.
