Common use of Association Membership Clause in Contracts

Association Membership. The College recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Instructors, Librarians, Counsellors, Aboriginal Education Coordinator, Coordinator Learning Resources, Learning Specialist, Disability Services Coordinator, E-Learning Specialist, Literacy Capacity Coordinator and Educational Advisors employed by the College except those specifically excluded from the bargaining unit as per clause 2.2.6.
