Association Representatives Leave. Paid leave, not to exceed 50 days per year, shall be available for Association representatives for conferences, conventions, or other Association business. During the year when a successor collective bargaining agreement is negotiated, the Association representatives will have 25 additional leave days. Requests for this leave shall be approved by the Association president, principal, and a Human Resources administrator. The Association shall pay the cost of a substitute when one is hired for Association leave.
