Association Meetings The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.
Association Membership In accordance with applicable laws, the Employer/Appointing Authority shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising his/her right to join or not to join the Association, or participate in an official capacity on behalf of the Association, which is in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Association shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising the right to join or not to join the Association, and will not discriminate against any employee in the administration of this Agreement because of non-membership in the Association.
Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.
Association Representative 5.3.1.1 Management recognizes that one of the prime functions of the Council is to represent bargaining unit members and investigate complaints of members of the bargaining unit.
Association Representatives Authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact Association business on and with school property at all reasonable times provided that such activities shall not interfere with normal school operations.
Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.
Association Interview The Association will be allowed to interview newly employed nurses during the Hospital’s general orientation and, when possible, be notified of the date for the interview at least two (2) weeks in advance.
Information to the Association A. Upon prior notice, the Superintendent or designee will make available to the Association information that is available to permit the Association to bargain understandingly and administer this Agreement.
Association Release Time Subd. 1. The Employer and the Association agree that the release of an ASF Member from normal job duties to perform other service shall be governed as follows:
Notification to the Association The Hospital, with the nurse's consent, will inform the Association within three (3) days of any nurse who has been assaulted while performing her/his work. Such information shall be submitted, in writing, to the Association as soon as possible.
