Assurance of Confidentiality. The Community acknowledges that the Resident’s personal and medical information are confidential. The Community shall maintain the confidentiality of the Resident’s personal and medical information in compliance with state and federal law.
Assurance of Confidentiality. 22.1.7.1 The Contractor shall take reasonable steps to ensure the physical security of Data under its control, including, but not limited to: fire protection; protection against smoke and water damage; alarm systems; locked files, guards, or other devices reasonably expected to prevent loss or unauthorized removal of manually held Data; passwords, access logs, badges, or other methods reasonably expected to prevent loss or unauthorized access to electronically or mechanically held Data; limited terminal access; limited access to input documents and output documents; and design provisions to limit use of Enrollee names.
22.1.7.2 The Contractor shall inform and provide quarterly trainings to each of its employees and subcontractor having any involvement with personal Data or other confidential information, whether with regard to design, development, operation, or maintenance, of the Puerto Rico and Federal law relating to confidentiality.

If the conclusion is that the dispute may be adequately resolved without the confidential information, the dispute shall be submitted to the full committee. Understand the penalties and sanctions associated with unauthorized access or disclosure of Confidential Information. Will forward all requests that either party may receive to disclose Confidential Information to the other party for resolution. Understand that Vendor’s assurance of confidentiality and these requirements do not cease at the time an Apparent Successful Vendor is announced or Contract executed under this RFP.
