Attendance on subcontractors. The Contractor is responsible for performing on the provided scope of work as if he had not subcontracted. The appointed Contractor will also be liable to the Subcontractors’ employees, as he legally and liable to this contract.
Attendance on subcontractors. The Contractor shall provide any necessary facilities in order to manage the specialist electrical subcontractor to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with: • The programme of works, and • The contract requirements, and • In the Project requirements concerning access to and from the airport facilities at the beginning and end of working shifts. He shall also ensure that the subcontractor complies with the requirements of the Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan and Operational procedure requirements.
Attendance on subcontractors. The Principal Contractor takes full responsibility of any Sub-Contractor and manages them accordingly.

Attendance on subcontractors. The Contractor shall in writing inform the Employer’s representative about the subcontractor intentions for site visits.
Attendance on subcontractors. The Subcontractor attends all meetings which the Contractor attends and all meetings as required by the Employer which requirement is not a compensation event.
Attendance on subcontractors. The contractor provides the Employer with a plan on how the sub-contractor will be monitored.
Attendance on subcontractors. In terms of the Construction Regulations, the Contractor only appoints a subcontractor when the Contractor is satisfied that such a subcontractor has the necessary competencies and resources to perform the work falling within the scope of the subcontract safely. The Contractor is required to: • Stop any subcontractor from executing construction work which is not in accordance with the Contractor’s or subcontractor’s health and safety plan for the Site or which poses a threat to the health and safety of persons; • Ensure that every subcontractor: o is registered and in good standing with the compensation fund or with a licensed compensation insurer prior to work commencing on the Site; and o have made provision for the cost of health and safety measures during the construction process.
