Programme of Works. 4.2.1. The contract shall be for the carrying out of all works identified in the Schedule of Works (Section 4.4). The contractor is to provide all labour, all equipment, all fuel, any machinery and any other items necessary for the work.
4.2.2. The contract will also include all contract management, to be provided by the Contractors.
4.2.3. The contractor shall maintain all equipment required for the completion of the project.
Programme of Works. 18.1 The Contractor shall, within the period stated in the appendix to these conditions, submit for the approval of the Architect a programme of Works in such form and detail as the Architect shall reasonably prescribe.
18.2 Should actual progress not match the programme, the Contractor shall amend the programme accordingly and submit the revisions to the Architect. In the event that a Contractor fails to submit or amend a programme within a reasonable time after being so instructed by the Architect, the Employer may withhold half of the amount due to the Contractor in subsequent payment certificates until the default is rectified.
18.3 Neither the submission of the programme by the Contractor nor its approval by the Architect shall in any way relieve the Contractor from any of his duties and obligations under the contract.
Programme of Works. 40.1 The Contractor shall carry out the Works in accordance with the Programme of Works submitted by the Contractor and as updated with the approval of the Project Manager as stated under GCC Clause 41 to complete them in all respects by the Intended Completion Date, as specified in the PCC.
41.1 Within the time stated in the PCC, the Contractor shall submit to the Project Manager for approval a Programme of Works showing the general methods, arrangements, order, and timing for all the activities in the Works. The programme may be in the form of an Implementation Schedule prepared in any software or other form acceptable to the Project
41.2 The Contractor shall submit to the Project Manager for approval of an updated Programme at intervals no longer than the period stated in the PCC. An update of the Programme shall be a Programme showing the actual progress achieved on each activity and the effect of the progress achieved on the timing of the remaining work, including any changes to the sequence of the activities.
41.3 If the Contractor does not submit an updated Programme of Works at the intervals as stated under GCC Sub Clause 41.2, the Project Manager may withhold an amount as stated in the PCC from the next payment certificate and continue to withhold this amount until the next due payment after the date on which the overdue Programme of Works has been submitted.
41.4 The Project Manager’s approval of the Programme of Works shall not alter the Contractor’s obligations. The Contractor may revise the Programme and submit it to the Project Manager again at any time for approval. A revised Programme shall show the effect of Variations and Compensation Events.
Programme of Works. The Contractor shall submit a programme with the tender return, and any revisions as early as possible within the 14 days following the award of the Contract. The Contractor shall provide the programme of Works in the form of a bar or Xxxxx chart. It shall show the level of detail appropriate to each stage of the works and all activities and restraints, each of which shall be given a short title. All events shall be numbered and annotated with earliest and latest events dates.
Programme of Works. 6.1 The ICP shall, within a reasonable period of receipt of a written request, supply the Company with all technical information, diagrams and drawings relating to the design, construction, installation or commissioning of the Contestable Works as the Company may reasonably request from time to time.
6.2 The ICP shall, within 5 Days of signature of the date of this Agreement, provide to the Company with the Programme it intends to follow to construct the Contestable Works and shall thereafter promptly supply the Company with an updated version of the Programme in the event of any material change to the timing or sequence of the Contestable Works.
6.3 No later than 10 Days before commencement of the Contestable Works and every 5 Days thereafter the ICP shall provide to the Company a Works Schedule detailing the daily works to be undertaken within the following 10 Days. The Works Schedule shall detail the works to be undertaken on the Site in each half day period.
Programme of Works. 2.1 CCURV is to produce and provide the Council with a Programme of Works for its approval giving details of:
2.1.1 the date on which the Development Works will begin; and
2.1.2 the timetable for the carrying out of the Development Works showing the estimated duration of each stage of the Development Works and the date on which it is intended that Practical Completion will be achieved
Programme of Works. 2.1 Within one month of the date on which the Specification and Development Plans have been approved by the Landlord, the Tenant is to produce and provide the Landlord with a Programme of Works for its approval which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed giving details of:
2.1.1 the date on which the Development Works will begin; and
2.1.2 the timetable for the carrying out of the Development Works showing the estimated duration of each stage of the Development Works and the date on which it is intended that Practical Completion will be achieved.
2.2 Once approved by the Landlord, the Tenant is not to vary the Programme of Works except in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 6.
2.3 The Tenant is not to start the Development Works until the Programme of Works has been approved by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Programme of Works. 7.1 The Surveyor shall, before proceeding with each survey work, submit a Work Schedule, index sheet for topographical plans and EDM calibration reports within one week of the issue of the Purchase Order.
