OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE. The SDP-MSC shall follow the below mentioned process for offering the Services: a) The customer approaches the SDP-MSC center for availing the Services. The SDP-MSC offers the Services by utilizing the provisions in the Website. MPOnline and / or MPOnline shall provide the necessary rights to the SDP-MSC for accessing the Website for offering the Services. b) The SDP-MSC shall place a sum of money with the designated Bank in a manner and quantum that will be indicated separately to the SDP-MSC. c) The SDP-MSC shall also make suitable arrangements for remitting the Collections through instruments such as cheques, D.D’s etc to Bank in a manner spelt out separately from time to time. d) MPOnline shall provide the SDP-MSC separately from time to time with a detailed process flow for offering Services.

OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE. The FRANCHISEE will work on a pre paid top up model. The top up shall only be through a bank transfer through a payment gateway. No cash mode is allowed. Franchisee shall follow the below mentioned process for offering the Services: a) The customer approaches the CENTRE for availing the Services. The FRANCHISEE offers the Services by utilizing the provisions in the Website. TSTS shall provide the necessary rights to the FRANCHISEE for accessing the website for offering the Services. b) FRANCHISEE needs to open a Current Account with Bank of his/her choice and get the Top-Up to transfer the funds to TSTS for top up. As and when any service is rendered by the FRANCHISEE the top up gets adjusted. (A detailed operational procedure is annexed with the agreement vide Annexure – 1) c) TSTS will provide the FRANCHISEE, separately from time to time with a detailed process flow for offering Services.
OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE. 1. Use of days from the Personal Leave Bank will be limited to those members who have contributed to the bank. 2. Use of days from the Personal Leave Bank will be limited to catastrophic, serious debilitating or life-threatening illness or injury, or non-elective surgery, of the member or member’s immediate family. Immediate family shall be as defined in sick leave. A doctor’s statement is required with the application in order to be considered. 3. If the Personal Leave Bank total falls below thirty (30) days at any point during the school year, the Treasurer will reopen the Personal Leave Bank contribution window for contributions. Any full-time bargaining unit member who is currently participating in the Personal Leave Bank may contribute one (1) additional day. 4. Days remaining in the bank at the end of each year will carry over to the following year. 5. The Board will keep track of accumulated days and provide a list of eligible leave participants to the EEA President at the beginning of each school year.

In summary: • Daily Tape backup in India (EDC) • Incremental weekly Tape backup (kept offsite and in fireproof location) • Ship the backups to alternate site, NESS Mumbai (2-4 weeks backups available at anytime) • Backup Data to be sent/synced up with Chordiant (Program Managers to decide operating procedure) • Restoration drill on a monthly/quarterly basis as per the documented procedure • Conduct root-cause analysis and make the necessary amendments to the preventive procedures. • Active relationship is maintained with local hardware vendors – SUN, Dell, IBM to help in recovery procedures on a need basis. Chordiant would need to facilitate the same.
