Auditorium. ● Seat slipping and exit-entry leafleting can be arranged if requested no later than 14 days before the event. Print must be cleared with Southbank Centre prior to distribution. Please note that seat slipping is only available in the Queen Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx. ● A light projected display (gobo) displaying the sponsor name / logo may take place 1 hour before and 1 hour after the performance and during the interval only. ● Goody bags containing leaflets or showcasing sponsor products are not permitted at any public event.
Auditorium. Xxxxxx Auditorium is located on the main floor of the school and is accessed through the doors near the elevator. Special events and general assemblies are held there. Students may schedule school related activities in the auditorium by requests to Xxxx’x office.
Auditorium. It is the responsibility of the renter to provide their own sound and lighting for their event. No food or drinks are allowed in the auditorium area. Food and drinks are only allowed in the foyer area.
Auditorium. A. The District will take action, including adjusting opening force, to ensure that at least 60% of all public entrances to the Auditorium are accessible. The District will post the international symbol of accessibility at accessible entrances. Inaccessible entrances will be posted with directional signs indicating the location of the nearest accessible entrance.
Auditorium. (1) Replace two (2) floor mounted air handling units. New units shall be vertical type units with hot water coils and two (2) way coil valves, combination filter mixing boxes and local controls.
Auditorium. As of the Effective Date, Section 16(e) of the First Amendment shall be deleted and replaced with the following:
Auditorium. As part of constructing the Base, Shell and Core, as further described in the Work Letter, Landlord, at Landlord's sole expense, shall construct an auditorium and/or conference facilities on the first floor of the Building, as shown on Exhibit A-2 attached hereto (the "Auditorium"), which Auditorium shall be part of the Premises. Pursuant to the terms of this Section 1.1.1.1, Landlord shall have the right to access and use the Auditorium from time to time, for events hosted by or on behalf of Landlord or the operator of the Food and Beverage Space, defined below (collectively "Landlord Use Rights"); provided, that Landlord shall provide Tenant with no less than ten (10) business days' notice in advance of Landlord's exercise of the Landlord Use Rights (which notice shall include a general description of the timing and purpose of the use) and shall obtain Tenant's written approval of the scheduling of any such use of the Auditorium, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, so as to avoid conflicts with any use of the Auditorium by Tenant. In connection with Landlord's use of the Auditorium pursuant to this Section 1.1.1.1, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for Tenant's actual, reasonable out-of-pocket costs of the increased janitorial and security services and utilities that Tenant will be required to provide during a Landlord event in the Auditorium.
Auditorium. Landlord shall endeavor to achieve final completion of the new entry to the Auditorium no later than April 1, 2018. In no event shall the Auditorium be reduced in size or materially modified in any way, with the exception of the new entry, without the express consent of Tenant.
Auditorium. Landlord shall implement a reservation system for use of the auditorium located on the first floor of the Building (the “Auditorium”). Tenant will have the right to reserve use of the Auditorium by contacting the then-current property manager whose name will be provided to Tenant, 180 days in advance and no other tenant will have the right to make a reservation earlier than 45 days in advance. Use of the Auditorium may be pursuant to reasonable use-specific charges imposed by Landlord from time to time. Landlord and Tenant agree that the existing audio/visual system in the Auditorium shall be replaced and agree to share equally the cost to acquire and install such system; Tenant shall select and install the system at its sole cost, only following approval (not to be unreasonably delayed or withheld) from Landlord, whose share of the cost has been included in Fixed Rent Credits per Section 2.05(a) and Landlord shall not have any additional liability therefor.
Auditorium. Landlord’s use of the Auditorium shall be conditioned upon Landlord’s observance of the terms and conditions of Exhibit X.
