Auto Renewals. A. If the monthly payment option is selected, you will be automatically renewed for an additional annual period of coverage, unless you notify Company in writing 30 days prior to the expiration of this Contract, or, pursuant to state law. Your first payment for the next Contract is deemed authorization for an additional 12 month Contract.
Auto Renewals. The Customer's account is an auto renewal account and Provider will automatically charge for the renewal, unless Customer notifies Provider that Customer wants to cancel or disable auto renewal.
Auto Renewals. YOU MUST PAY THE INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE PRIOR TO USING THE Incidentshare. BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE Incidentshare, YOU AGREE THAT, ONCE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE PERIODS OF THE SAME DURATION (E.G., MONTHLY, ANNUAL) UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW. YOU AUTHORIZE Incendium TO CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD THAT OUR SERVICE PROVIDER HAS ON FILE FOR YOU TO PAY FOR ANY RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THE SAME SUBSCRIPTION PLAN (OR THE MOST SIMILAR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, IF YOUR PRIOR PLAN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE) AT THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION FEE PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES. IF YOU PAY FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ON A MONTHLY BASIS, THEN, DEPENDING ON YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TIER, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR PAYMENTS FOR ANY RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION EVERY 31 DAYS, 32 DAYS, OR ON THE SAME DATE EACH MONTH. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY UPON RENEWAL AND SUBSCRIPTION FEES MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
Auto Renewals. Unless otherwise notified by you in writing at least 7 days prior to the expiry of the Term and subject to any amendments to this Agreement required by us, the Term will automatically be renewed for a subsequent Term for the same duration as the original Term. Subject to clause 4, you will be charged for the new Term as set out in the original Agreement or as agreed upon on the new commencement date.
Auto Renewals. Where the Order Form specifies “auto-renewal” for Services subscriptions, such purchased Subscriptions will automatically renew for additional annual terms, unless either Party provides the other with notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming renewal date. Auto-renewals will be at the then-current Hexagon list price, and subject to Hexagon’s then-current Cloud Services Agreement and related Supplemental Terms unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing. Hexagon may co-term multiple subscriptions ordered by the Customer to align subscription renewal dates. Free Services are not subject to auto-renewal.
Auto Renewals. The Subscription Term will automatically renew for a further period of 12 months. If you do not want the Subscription Term to automatically renew, then you will need to give us at least 30 days’ notice in writing (email notice permitted), of your intention not to renew the Subscription Term, or any renewed term thereafter. For clarity, a cancelation of the autorenewal does not constitute a cancellation or termination of the Agreement. Any termination must be done in compliance with Clause 5(d) and (e).

Customers can elect to automatically renew for successive terms of the same period, whereby each subsequent renewal will be charged to your chosen method of payment, indicated in the initial order. Automatic renewals are charged at Acceleratio’s then-current rates unless otherwise agreed. You agree that you will maintain your customer data (as defined in Section 4.7). Acceleratio is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete customer data that could cause cancelation or renewal of your subscription. You take full responsibility for your automatic renewal and any fees associated for subsequent renewals, and the customer data on which those renewals are based.

You agree that you will maintain your customer data (as defined in Section 4.6). Rencore is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete customer data that could cause cancelation or renewal of your subscription. You take full responsibility for your automatic renewal and any fees associated for subsequent renewals, and the customer data on which those renewals are based.
Auto Renewals. Your Support Services subscription begins upon the Activation Date of the SaaS subscription provided in the applicable quote and will automatically renew for subsequent annual terms on the anniversary of the Activation or as otherwise provided in the Terms of Sale section of your quote.
