Award of Grant. A. AACR shall provide the Grantee’s Institution with Grant Funds in the total amount of $100,000. Grant Funds will be paid to Institution as set forth in Section IV. The Grant is made contingent on the Grantee’s agreement to forego any other funding that would require relinquishment of the Grant.
1. Because of the importance of the Grantee to the Research, AACR will provide information about the Grantee (e.g., name, degrees, institution) to the Funder. Additional materials will be provided to the Funder as detailed in Section VII.E.
B. Xxxxxxx’s attendance at an AACR Annual Meeting to formally accept the Grant during the Annual Grants Reception and Dinner is a condition of acceptance of this Grant. Up to $2,000 may be allocated from the Grant Funds to support the Grantee’s registration and attendance at the AACR Annual Meeting.
1. In the event the Grantee is awarded an AACR Scholar-in-Training Award (SITA) concurrently, the SITA funds must be used for travel to the Annual Meeting in lieu of Grant funds being used for travel.
2. In the event of unforeseen scheduling changes for the Grants Reception and Dinner, the Grantee will be contacted regarding alternative arrangements.
C. No Grant Funds will be disbursed prior to the Grant Term. If funds are needed for Grantee Annual Meeting travel, Grant Funds may be used to reimburse Institution for any advance provided to the Grantee for travel. When the Grant Term begins, the Institution may transfer the applicable AACR-allowed travel charges to the Grant Funds. This transfer must be reflected in the first financial report of expenditures submitted to the AACR.
Award of Grant. A. The Grantee is hereby awarded a grant in the total amount of [Dollars ($XXXX)]. Payments shall be made monthly upon submission of required project activity reports, invoice, and financial backup for invoiced expenses. Payment under this grant shall occur 30 days after the date of the invoice.
B. This grant is awarded and may only be accepted subject to each, and every covenant, term and condition set forth in this agreement. Unless the Grantee is in default of any provision of this agreement, funds shall be paid as indicated in this section at a reasonable time after they are received by the Municipality. Failure to submit reports required under this agreement may result in the Municipality withholding scheduled payments. The Municipality may suspend payments to an agency for instances of non-compliance with the terms of the grant agreement. Payments may be suspended until the agency rectifies all issues of non-compliance and is no longer in default of the grant terms. If any payment is withheld because the Grantee's performance is unsatisfactory, the Municipality must within fourteen (14) working days of the payment denial, notify the Grantee of the payment denial and set forth, with reasonable specificity, what was unsatisfactory and why.
C. As a condition of payment, the Grantee shall have paid all municipal taxes currently due and owing by the Grantee.
D. The Grantee acknowledges that the Municipality has no obligation to continue funding the services described herein beyond the term of this agreement regardless of the degree to which the Grantee's project is successful, and the Grantee accepts the compensation described in this Section as full consideration for all costs it incurs in performing under this grant.
E. This agreement is subject to the availability of funds lawfully appropriated by the Anchorage Municipal Assembly for its performance.
F. Pursuant to Anchorage Municipal Charter Section 13.06(a), funding for this grant can be reduced upon declaration by the Mayor to the Anchorage Municipal Assembly of a severe financial or economic hardship. Funding may not be reduced by more than the amount of the then unencumbered balance.

Award of Grant. [Support for Start-Ups]
a) are a Small-sized Business (including Micro-sized Businesses) and
b) have been in existence for less than 5 years and not listed on any stock exchange and
c) have not taken over the activity of another company, not yet have distributed profits and have not been formed through a merger and
d) the company R&D expenses must represent at least 10% of total operating expenses in at least one of the three years preceding the date of application or in the case of a start-up without any financial history, in the audit of its current fiscal period, as certified by an external auditor. In accepting this grant offer, and any payment of the Grant, you represent and warrant that the understandings in paragraph 2 above are correct. If they are not, the Grant may become repayable in accordance with section 26 of the Grant Agreement Terms and Conditions. The Grant may only be used to contribute to Eligible Expenditure covered by this letter where that expenditure is incurred by You in respect of eligible costs permitted by this scheme, where these are incurred as part of the Funded Activities. The amount of public funding (including the Grant) that You may receive for the Project must not exceed: £…m (…Pounds) in total; and

Grantee acknowledges that Municipality has no obligation to continue funding the program described herein beyond the term of this agreement and, subject to Part II Section 3 of this agreement, accepts the compensation described in this section as full consideration of all the costs it incurs in rendering its performance under this agreement.
C. For the purposes of a grant renewal, the Grantee shall initiate discussions with the Administrator after September 1 of each year. If the parties agree to renew, the Administrator will undertake best efforts to prepare the grant agreement for Grantee’s signature by November 15 of each year, with the goal of Assembly approval before December 15 of each year.
Award of Grant. The Authority grants to , percent of ’s Project costs up to $ , based on actual receipts received by the Authority. This sum is payable in one installment (the “Grant”) within thirty (30) business days after the completion of construction and the Authority’s approval of the final report. This Grant is subject to ’s acceptance of the terms and conditions described in this Agreement.

Grant Funds will be paid to Administering Institution as set forth in Section IV. The Grant is made contingent on the Grantee’s agreement to forego any other funding that would require relinquishment of the Grant.

B. Xxxxxxx’s attendance at the AACR Annual Meeting 2020 to formally accept the Grant during the annual Grants Reception and Dinner is a condition of acceptance of this Grant. Funds may be allocated from the Grant to support the Grantee’s attendance at this Annual Meeting.
1. In the event the Grantee is awarded an AACR Scholar-in-Training Award (SITA) concurrently, the SITA funds must be used for travel to the Annual Meeting in lieu of Grant funds being used for travel.
Award of Grant. A. Grantee is hereby awarded a grant in the total amount of TWO HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX DOLLARS ($203,396). One Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-six Dollars ($193,396) are made available to the FCC for its yearly operating budget. Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) are made available for training purposes; the Ombudsman’s Office will manage the training funds and approve disbursements to the FCC.
B. This grant is awarded and may only be accepted subject to each and every covenant, term, and condition set forth in this agreement. Funds shall be paid as indicated on the payment schedule attached hereto as Appendix C. Grantor may, as a condition of releasing any funds under this agreement, require Grantee to submit to Grantor, any reports, records, audits or other materials required by the Grantor. As a condition of payment, Grantee shall have paid all municipal taxes currently due and owing by Grantee.
C. Grantee acknowledges that Grantor has no obligation to continue funding the services described herein beyond the term of this agreement regardless of the degree to which Xxxxxxx’s program is successful, and Xxxxxxx accepts the compensation described in this Section as full consideration for all costs it incurs in performing under this grant agreement.
D. This agreement may be subject to the availability of funds granted to the Municipality from other funding agencies. The Grantee acknowledges that during the term of this grant agreement, any funding level reduction to the Municipality will reduce funds available to the Grantee.
E. This agreement is subject to the availability of funds lawfully appropriated by the Anchorage Municipal Assembly for its performance. Grantor cannot guarantee the availability of funding, or future amounts of funding, if any, for this grant, and Grantee understands and accepts this risk.
F. Pursuant to Anchorage Municipal Charter Section 13.06(a), funding for this grant, or grants, can be reduced upon declaration by the Mayor to the Anchorage Municipal Assembly of a severe financial or economic hardship. Funding may not be reduced by more than the amount of the then unencumbered balance.
Award of Grant. MDA agrees to award a research grant in the aggregate amount of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) to GRANTEE for the Project (the “Grant”), which shall be issued in installments in accordance with the funding schedule set forth in Exhibit 2, subject to the funding conditions set forth in Section 3.B, the right of MDA to suspend funding as provided in Section 3.C and the right of MDA to modify the Grant and the payments under this Contract as provided in Section 3.D.
Award of Grant. The Company hereby awards the Grantee a Restricted Stock Grant for 156,000 shares of Stock, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
