Bank Relationships. Schedule 3.2.21 sets forth: (i) the ------------------ names of all banks that are depositories of funds of the Company and/or the Chilean Partnership; (ii) the names of all Persons authorized to draw or sign checks or drafts upon such accounts; (iii) the names and locations of any institutions in which the Company and/or the Chilean Partnership has safe deposit boxes; (iv) the names of the Persons having access to such safe deposit boxes; and (v) the names of all officers of the Company and/or the Chilean Partnership who, according to the records of banks or other lending institutions, are authorized and empowered to make any borrowings on behalf of the Company and/or the Chilean Partnership.

Bank Relationships. Schedule 4.25 sets forth (a) a complete list of all accounts that the Company has with any banks, savings and loan associations or other financial institutions, indicating in each case account numbers, and (b) the names and identification of all Persons authorized to act or sign on behalf of the Company in respect of any of the foregoing or to draw thereon or to have access thereto (including all Persons with automatic debit rights).

"Expanded Account Access" means use of a card or account number and PIN to conduct a transaction or obtain information at ATMs, over the telephone, through personal computer banking, or via any other available method. There are no additional fees or charges for Expanded Account Access. The fees and terms disclosed for each Account apply. Expanded Account Access may be available for up to 5 checking, 5 savings, 5 line of credit and credit card accounts, and at other ATMs and with other available methods of access, other limitations apply. Call Cardmember Service at 0-000-000-0000, (FAX 0-000-000-0000, TDD 0-000-000-0000) to cancel Expanded Account Access, allowing a reasonable time for cancellation to become effective. Canceling the service for this Account will cancel your ability to use Expanded Account Access by all of your other accounts.

  • Customer Relationships The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Company has expended significant resources over many years to identify, develop, and maintain its clients. The Executive additionally acknowledges that the Company’s clients have had continuous and long-standing relationships with the Company and that, as a result of these close, long-term relationships, the Company possesses significant knowledge of and confidential information about its clients and their needs. Finally, the Executive acknowledges the Executive’s association and contact with these clients is derived solely from Executive’s employment with the Company. The Executive further acknowledges that the Company does business throughout the United States and that the Executive personally has significant contact with the Company’s clients and customers solely as a result of Executive’s relationship with the Company.

  • Certain Business Relationships Neither Parent nor any of its affiliates is a party to any Contract with any director, officer or employee of the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
