Basis for Discipline. The tenure of every employee holding a regular, non-probationary appointment in the classified service shall be conditioned upon good behavior and fit and efficient service. Any employee may be disciplined; including discharged, suspended or reduced in rank or compensation for good cause, pursuant to the Personnel Rules and Regulations.

Basis for Discipline. An Employee shall be disciplined only for violation of established standards of conduct or rules and regulations of the Employer. Such rules shall be equitably applied to all Employees.
