Batch Hot Cut Process. Upon deployment of the Batch Hot Cut Status Tool and amendment of Appointment Scheduler to accommodate Batch Hot Cut orders, Qwest shall provide Batch Hot Cuts to CLEC upon the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Parties agree to follow the Batch Hot Cut Process described in Attachment A. CLEC agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to use the Batch Hot Cut Process under this Agreement even in states in which the Individual Hot Cut rate is lower than the Batch Hot Cut Rate.

Batch Hot Cut Process. Upon deployment of the Batch Hot Cut Status Tool and amendment of Appointment Scheduler to accommodate Batch Hot Cut orders, Qwest shall provide Batch Hot Cuts to MCI upon the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Parties agree to follow the Batch Hot Cut Process described in Attachment A. MCI agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to use the Batch Hot Cut Process under this Agreement even in states in which the Individual Hot Cut rate is lower than the Batch Hot Cut Rate.
Batch Hot Cut Process. A batch hot cut process shall comply with the process and requirements defined for individual hot cuts in Section 1.0 and, in addition, shall comply with the terms as described below. 6.1 AT&T shall have access to UNE-P as a customer acquisition process in anticipation of application of batch conversion process. 6.2 Batch process must include all mass-market (residential and small business served at DS0 level) customers, all types of loops used to serve such customers, and all types of transfers between LECs including but not limited to: ?? Retail to UNE-L ?? UNE-P to UNE-L (same local service provider) ?? Migrations to and from DS0 EELs ?? Migrations to and from line-splitting ?? Migrations from line sharing ?? UNE-P to UNE-L (different local service provider [(CLEC to CLEC)] ?? UNE-L to UNE-L ?? UNE-P to TSR ?? UNE-P to DS0 EEL In addition to existing UNE-P customers served over copper, UDLC and NGDLC, the process must apply to customers served over IDLC Loops 6.3 Batch Size Requirements (irrespective of loop type to be converted) are set forth below: 6.3.1 Batch shall include only migrations to AT&T. 6.3.2 AT&T shall be permitted to migrate up to 300 lines, per day, per central office. There shall be no other restrictions on number of lines to be converted per day (such as # of COs, etc.). 6.3.3 Minimum migration shall be 20 lines per hour. 6.4 Timing of Batch Conversions shall be as set forth below: 6.4.1 Batch migration shall have an interval of five days. 6.4.2 Verizon shall specify the order of the lines to be cut (i.e., the 20 line minimum.) within a specific one–hour window, and report such “line-up” back to AT&T via electronic tracking system described in Section 2.0. Verizon will cut over lines in sequence reported to AT&T. All (up to a maximum of 20) of an end-user’s lines will be scheduled to be cut in same one-hour window. 6.5 Process Requirements shall include: 6.5.1 At AT&T’s option, it may include multiple LSRs in a single batch (i.e., the ability to submit individual LSRs with a batch identifier).
Batch Hot Cut Process. The “Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings” are hot cut processes developed in large part through industry collaboration. The Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings are available to CLEC in addition to any hot cut processes available elsewhere in the Agreement. The Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings are designed to provide additional hot cut options for CLEC in providing voice service using CLEC- provided or third-party-provided switching. Detailed information and documentation regarding each of the Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings (including order guidelines, supported ordering scenarios, volume limitations (where applicable), and available due date intervals/cut times) as referenced herein, and except as modified herein, is as set forth on SBC’s CLEC Online website as of March 11, 2005 (as depicted in Exhibit A hereto). Any future enhancements or modifications to SBC’s Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings, other than those as set forth below, will be made in accordance with SBC’s Change Management Process, but any such changes shall provide at least the extent of service to CLEC as set forth herein unless CLEC consents to any such other changes as part of SBC’s Change Management Process. The Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings, to the extent to which they apply to lines currently served by UNE-P, shall be similarly applicable to lines served by SBC’s Local Wholesale Complete or other similar SBC-provided switching.

Detailed information and documentation regarding each of the Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings (including order guidelines, supported ordering scenarios, volume limitations (where applicable), and available due date intervals/cut times) is contained on AT&T Missouri’s CLEC Online website (or successor website). Any future enhancements or modifications to AT&T Missouri’s Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings will be made in accordance with AT&T Missouri’s Change Management Process. AT&T Missouri will ensure that its Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings comply with all applicable Missouri Public Service Commission batch cut rulings.

Detailed information and documentation regarding each of the Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings (including order guidelines, supported ordering scenarios, volume limitations (where applicable), and available due date intervals/cut times) is contained on SBC’s CLEC Online website (or successor website). Any future enhancements or modifications to SBC’s Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings will be made in accordance with SBC’s Change Management Process. SBC will ensure that its Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings comply with all applicable ICC batch cut rulings. Any changes to the volumes, provisioning, intervals or prices of SBC’s Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings shall be incorporated into the Agreement by amendment, based on negotiations between SBC and CLEC, or, if necessary, in accordance with Section 252. Any disputes between SBC and CLEC relating to SBC’s Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings shall be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution processes in the Agreement.

CLEC agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to use the Batch Hot Cut Process under this Agreement even in states in which the Individual Hot Cut rate is lower than the Batch Hot Cut Rate. 3.3 Batch Hot Cut Rates: The base Batch Hot Cut price is $27.50 per line unless the incentive thresholds below are met. If the number of CLEC’s QPP™ lines as of October 31, 2005 equals or exceeds 90% of the sum of CLEC’s QPP™ and UNE-P lines as of October, 31, 2004, the Batch Hot Cut rate for CLEC will be reduced to $23 per line for Batch Hot Cuts performed during the time period from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006. If the number of CLEC’s QPP™ lines as of October 31, 2006 equals or exceeds 90% of the sum of CLEC’s QPP™ and UNE-P lines as of October, 31, 2005, the Batch Hot Cut rate for CLEC will be reduced to $18.50 per line for Batch Hot Cuts performed during the time period from January 1, 2007 through end of the term of this Amendment. For purposes of this section, the number of QPP™ lines and the sum of QPP™ and UNE-P lines shall be calculated on a regionwide basis that includes all states in which this Amendment is in effect.

The Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings are designed to provide additional hot cut options for conversions of voice service provisioned by SBC Ohio as resale, UNE-P, or Local Wholesale CompleteTM to CLEC-provided analog, circuit switching. Detailed information and documentation regarding each of the Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings (including order guidelines, supported ordering scenarios, volume limitations (where applicable), and available due date intervals/cut times) is contained on SBC’s CLEC Online website (or successor website). Any future enhancements or modifications to SBC’s Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings will be made in accordance with SBC’s Change Management Process. SBC will ensure that its Batch Hot Cut Process Offerings comply with all applicable Public Utilities Commission of Ohio batch cut rulings.

  • Payment Process Subject to the terms and conditions established by the Agreement, the pricing per deliverable established by the Grant Work Plan, and the billing procedures established by Department, Department agrees to pay Grantee for services rendered in accordance with Section 215.422, Florida Statutes (F.S.).

  • Grievance Processing Union stewards or Union officials shall be permitted to have time off without loss of pay for the investigation and processing of grievances and arbitrations. Requests for such time off shall be made in advance and shall not be unreasonably denied. The Union will furnish the Employer with a list of Union stewards and their jurisdictions. The Union shall delineate the jurisdiction of Union stewards so that no xxxxxxx need travel between work locations or sub-divisions thereof while investigating grievances. Grievants shall be permitted to have time off without loss of pay for processing their grievances through the contractual grievance procedure, except that for class action grievances no more than three (3) grievants shall be granted such leave.

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • Grievance Process (a) Either party, with the agreement of the other party, may submit a grievance to Grievance Mediation at any time within ten (10) working days after the Employer’s decision has been rendered at the step prior to arbitration. Where the matter is so referred, the mediation process shall take place before the matter is referred to Arbitrator. (b) Grievance Mediation shall be scheduled within twenty (20) working days of the grievance being submitted to mediation, or longer period as agreed by the parties. (c) No matter may be submitted to Grievance Mediation which has not been properly carried through the grievance procedure, provided that the parties may extend the time limits fixed in the grievance procedure. (d) The parties shall agree on a mediator. (e) Proceedings before the Mediator shall be informal. Accordingly, the rules of evidence will not apply, no record of the proceedings shall be made and legal counsel shall not be used by either party, unless otherwise mutually agreed. (f) If possible, an agreed statement of facts will be provided to the Mediator, and if possible, in advance of the Grievance Mediation Conference. (g) The Mediator will have the authority to meet separately with either party. (h) If no settlement is reached within five (5) working days following Grievance Mediation, the parties are free to submit the matter to Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the collective agreement. In the event that a grievance which has been mediated subsequently proceeds to arbitration, no person serving as the Mediator may serve as an Arbitrator, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Nothing said or done by the mediator may be referred to Arbitration. (i) The Union and Employer will share the cost of the Mediator, if any.

  • Acceptance Process All deliverables must be received and accepted in writing by Department’s Grant Manager before payment. The Grantee shall work diligently to correct all deficiencies in the deliverable that remain outstanding, within a reasonable time at Grantee’s expense. If Department’s Grant Manager does not accept the deliverables within 30 days of receipt, they will be deemed rejected.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.
