BELL CANADA. 47. The Developer shall indicate in the Agreement, in words satisfactory to Bell Canada, that it will grant to Bell Canada any easements that may be required, which may include a blanket easement, for communication/telecommunication infrastructure. In the event of any conflict with existing Bell Canada facilities or easements, the Developer shall be responsible for the relocation of such facilities or easements.
BELL CANADA. That the Owner shall agree, in words satisfactory to Bell Canada, to grant to Bell Canada any easements that may be required for telecommunication services. Easements may be required subject to final servicing decisions. In the event of any conflict with existing Bell Canada facilities or easements, the Owner shall be responsible for the relocation of such facilities or easements. Bell Canada requires one of more conduit or conduits of sufficient size from each unit to the room(s) in which the telecommunication facilities are situated and one or more conduits from the room(s) in which the telecommunication facilities are situated to the street line.
