Improved co-ordination of partners The introduction of the strategic partnership will offer IW Council improved opportunity to both co-ordinate and rationalise the services that it commissions from the voluntary sector. It will also allow IW Council to consider its own level of services alongside a wider offering rather than in isolation. Gain share arrangements to ensure that savings made are reinvested into the strategic partnership. A proportion of the efficiency savings made by IW Council will be reinvested into the strategic partnership which will make it a sustainable vehicle to deliver future efficiencies and further IW Council savings. Improved relationships improve the commissioning of services. A partnership approach will allow the commissioning of services to become more successful by improved planning and better monitoring of outcomes. Improved relationships between IW Council and the voluntary sector will enhance levels of accountability. Common data and information recording to ensure the robust measurement of outcomes. The introduction of the strategic partnership will necessitate the requirement for common data and information systems. This will assist the accurate measurement of outcomes. This approach will facilitate ongoing governance of the partnership and ensure its future success.   • Benefits Advisory Committee The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

  • Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.

  • Covered Benefits and Services The Contractor shall provide to its Hoosier Healthwise members, at a minimum, all benefits and services deemed “medically reasonable and necessary” and covered by the IHCP, and included in the Indiana Administrative Code and under the Contract with the State. A covered service is considered medically necessary if it meets the definition as set forth in 405 IAC 5-2-17. The Contractor shall deliver covered services sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably expect that provision of such services would achieve the purpose of the furnished services. Costs for these services are the basis of the Contractor’s capitation rate and are, therefore, the responsibility of the Contractor. Coverage may not be arbitrarily denied or reduced and is subject to certain limitations in accordance with CFR 438.210(a)(4), which specifies when Contractors may place appropriate limits on services:  On the basis of criteria applied under the State plan, such as medical necessity; or  For the purpose of utilization control, provided the services furnished are sufficient in amount, duration or scope to reasonably be expected to achieve the purpose for which the services are furnished.

  • Job Benefits and Protection The District shall insure the following provisions:

  • Contributions to Individual Account Programs As of the date that an employee becomes a member of the Individual Account Program established by Section 29 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003 and pursuant to Section 3 of that same chapter, the State will pay an amount equal to six percent (6%) of the employee’s monthly salary, not to be deducted from the salary, as the employee’s contribution to the employee’s account in that program. The employee’s contributions paid by the State under this Section 2 shall not be considered to be “salary” for the purposes of determining the amount of employee contributions required to be contributed pursuant to Section 32 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.

  • STAFF BENEFITS 7.1.1 The present staff benefits consisting of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), Group Term Life Insurance Plan, Group Term Dependent Insurance Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Basic), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Voluntary), University of Manitoba Long-Term Disability Income Plan, Group Health Insurance Policy 20778 GH (including the Health Care Spending Account), Group Dental Plan Policy 67000, and the University Employee Assistance Program shall continue to cover eligible Members for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Supplemental Benefits The employer shall maintain a “Supplemental Unemployment Benefits Plan” pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act and Regulations. The employer shall make amendments as appropriate to ensure that the Plan provides the maximum permissible benefits in conjunction with Article 17.03.

  • ELHT Benefits The Parties agree that since all active eligible employees have now transitioned to the OSSTF ELHT all references to existing life, health and dental benefits plans in the applicable local collective agreement for active eligible employees shall be removed from that local agreement. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

  • Joint Benefits Committee In order to achieve benefit cost reductions, or at a minimum, cost containment, the parties agree to establish and aggressively participate in a Joint Benefits Committee. The parties agree that the Joint Benefits Committee shall explore all potential options or changes that could generate cost reductions to the Benefit Plans with the following order of priorities:
