While your electronic bill feature is being activated it is your responsibility to keep your accounts current. Each electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to accept or deny your request to receive electronic bills. Authorization to obtain bill data - Your activation of the electronic bill feature for a Xxxxxx shall be deemed by us to be your authorization for us to obtain bill data from the Xxxxxx on your behalf. For some Billers, you will be asked to provide us with your user name and password for that Xxxxxx. By providing us with such information, you authorize us to use the information to obtain your bill data. Notification - The Service will use its best efforts to present all of your electronic bills promptly. In addition to notification within the Service, the Service may send an e-mail notification to the e-mail address listed for your account. Any changes will need to be made by contacting the payee directly. Additionally, it is your responsibility to maintain all Usernames and Passwords for all electronic payee sites. You also agree not to use someone else's information to gain unauthorized access to another person's bill. In addition, if you elect to activate one of the Bill Payment Service's electronic bill options, you also agree to the following: Presentation of electronic bills. You will receive electronic bills from a Xxxxxx only if both: (a) you have designated it in the Bill Payment Service as one of your Billers, and (b) the Xxxxxx has arranged with our Service Provider to deliver electronic bills. The Bill Payment Service may then present you with electronic bills from that Xxxxxx if either: (1) you affirmatively elect online within the Bill Payment Service to receive electronic bills from the Xxxxxx, or (2) the Xxxxxx chooses to send you electronic bills on a temporary “trial basis.” In either case, you can elect online within the Bill Payment Service to stop receiving electronic bills from a Xxxxxx. Electing to receive electronic bills, automatically receiving trial electronic bills, and declining further elected or trial electronic bills all occur on an individual Xxxxxx basis. The Bill Payment Service does not include an option to prevent ever participating in the automatic trial electronic bill feature. When affirmatively electing to receive electronic bills from a particular Xxxxxx, you may be presented with terms from that Xxxxxx for your acceptance. We are not a party to such terms.

  • Presentment The Global Agent shall pay any amounts due on Definitive Notes at the maturity thereof or upon early redemption solely upon presentment. The Global Agent may, without liability to the Issuer, refuse to pay any Note that would result in an overdraft to the account in which the Global Agent holds funds for the payment of the Notes.

  • Telephone Recording Each party consents to the recording of the telephone conversations of trading and marketing personnel in connection with this Agreement or any potential Transaction and consents to such recording being used as evidence in court proceedings.

  • Delivery of Records If the Global Agent resigns or its appointment is terminated, it shall, on the date on which the resignation or termination takes effect, forward to any new agent any amount held by it for payment in respect of the Notes and deliver to such new agent the records kept by it and all Notes and other records necessary for the administration of and performance of its duties with respect to the Notes held by it pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, that the Global Agent may retain a copy of such records in order to comply with any applicable law, rule or regulation or its own document retention policies.

  • Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.

ZEEL shall provide requisite number of Integrated Receivers and Decoders (IRDs) subject to payment of stipulated interest free security deposit per IRD as per the conditions laid down in the TRAI Regulations. Further, the DTH Operator shall confirm the details of Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD’s) in respect of all such channels availed from ZEEL in the format provided in ANNEXURE XI. The Parties acknowledge and agree that in the event the DTH Operator intends to make any changes to the Addressable System’s security and encryption technology, including the encryption system (other than standard software upgrades which are deemed not to be material changes), during the Term, the DTH Operator shall intimate the same to ZEEL by submitting Form for Change in Addressable Systems which is made available on ZEEL’s Website.
