BOARD SPACE. The employer shall provide bulletin board space in a reasonable location clearly identified for the use of the union for posting notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, news items, and affairs.

The Employer shall establish a Health and Safety Committee which shall be composed of representatives of the Employer and representatives of the Guild and may include representatives of other employee groups. This committee shall meet once per month. An employee shall be paid her basic rate of pay for attendance at these committee meetings. The Health and Safety Committee shall consider such matters as occupational health and safety and may make recommendations to the Employer in that regard. The Committee will function in accordance with the regulations published pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Act or such other procedural rules as may be mutually agreed.

Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply. An equal number of representatives of each party totalling six of which three shall be from the Union and three from management as mutually agreed shall meet at a time and place mutually satisfactory. A request for a meeting hereunder will be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this Agreement. Any attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance.
