Bonus Schedule. Within thirty days after December 31, 1999 and December 31, 2000 (or within 30 days after the end of the quarter in the event of a termination of employment), the Employer shall pay the Employee an additional bonus as a percentage of his base salary of $145,000. The bonus shall be based on the return on average assets of the Employer for the prior twelve months ("ROAA") according to the schedule set forth on Exhibit A hereto. ROAA shall be determined prior to the payment of federal income taxes and shall be calculated by the certified public accountants of the Employer.
