Bonuses and Rates of Pay. For employees hired prior to March 1, 2004 in the classifications of Meat Cutters, Food Clerks, General Merchandise Clerks, Meat Clerks, Clerks Helpers, Service Seafood, Snack Bar, Take-Out Food Rates, Head Delicatessen Operator (active on the payroll of their Employer as of 11/3/85-Local 135 only), Wrappers (active on the payroll of their current Employer as of 11/3/85), Bakery, Health & Beauty Aids & Household Hardware Clerks (hired prior to 8/7/81), General Merchandise Clerks (hired prior to 4/1/69), General Merchandise Clerks (hired prior to 8/7/81) and Clerks Helpers and Snack Bar (hired prior to 8/7/81) and Clerks Helpers and Snack Bar (hired on or after 8/7/81 but prior to 7/30/84) the straight-time hourly wage rates are set forth for each respective classification in Appendix A. In addition to the rates set forth in Appendix A, employees hired prior to October 6, 2003 will be entitled to the following bonuses under the following terms and conditions:

  • WAGES AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Wage Schedules applicable to various job classifications are as set forth in Schedule “A”.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY 7.01 Employees shall be classified and paid in accordance with Schedule "A" which is attached to this Agreement and forms a part of it.

Included Timber that is removed by Purchaser and presented for Scaling in the product form stated in A2 shall be paid for at Current Contract Rates determined under this Section. “Current Contract Rates” shall be (a) Flat Rates and (b) Tentative Rates adjusted by the escalation procedures in B3.2. Flat Rates and Tentative Rates shall be those listed in A4, unless superseded by rates redetermined under B3.3 or established for Contract Term Extension. In addition, Re- quired Deposits shall be made as listed in A4, C5.32, and C6.816, or established under B3.3 or B8.23. In the event Termination Date is adjusted under B8.21 or B8.212, Current Contract Rates shall be contin- ued in the same manner as immediately prior to the ad- justment period. Notwithstanding B8.23, Current Contract Rates for timber cut and removed from Sale Area that remains un- scaled after Termination Date, as adjusted or extended, shall be Current Contract Rates in effect on Termination Date. “Current Contract Value” is the sum of the products of Current Contract Rates and estimated remaining un- scaled volumes by species of Included Timber meeting Utilization Standards.

  • Premium Rates of Pay (A) Overtime Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the appropriate stat holiday rate shall be paid to an employee for all hours of overtime worked on the paid holiday. (Reference Article 27.05 – Overtime Pay Calculation.)

  • Refunds and reversals of payments When you receive a payment, it could be refunded or reversed. We may allow you to send to the payer a refund of the payment. We may carry out a reversal of your payment in certain circumstances. See the rest of this section for more details.

  • Methods of Payment Distributions from the Director's Deferral Accounts shall be paid in cash in a single sum unless the Participant elects, at the time a Payment Date is selected pursuant to paragraph 4.1(a) or 4.1(b), to receive the amount payable in generally equal quarterly installments over a period not to exceed ten (10) years. In addition, at least one year before the Payment Date, a Director may change the method of payment previously selected.

  • Basis of Payment The basis of payment is identified in Attachment E, Fee Schedule. Reimbursement of costs incurred under a work authorization shall be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.

  • Period of Payment 12.10.1 Accident pay does not apply in respect of any injury during the first 5 normal workings days of incapacity.
