Alternatively, print, complete, sign and scan the form and Email to xxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx. All necessary details including full name as per passport; date of birth; nationality; passport number; passport issue and expiry date and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel arrangements are required. Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the lead name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations. The lead name is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal details or any other information supplied in respect of yourself and any other person travelling on the booking and for passing on any information regarding the booking or any changes made in relation thereto, to all persons travelling on such booking, including but not limited to information on schedule changes or copies of booking confirmations. A deposit of £900.00 is required at booking. This is refundable up to 120 days before the tour start date. See We will treat each signed booking form returned as an offer by you to purchase a Textile Travels tour in accordance with these terms and conditions. A contract will only be in place between us and all persons named on the booking form once your deposit has cleared and we have issued a confirmation of this. The date on the confirmation will be the date the contract is made. We will invoice you for the remainder of the cost of your Textile Travels tour, which you must pay no later than 8 weeks, (56 days) before departure. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and apply the cancellation charges outlined below. It is advisable for you to take out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover possible cancellation.
Booking Procedure. Whilst we are prepared to consider requests for reservations of the properties, the confirmation of a reservation shall not render us liable in the event that the property is unavailable for occupation during the period reserved and no contract will arise between us and you otherwise than in accordance with the following provisions of these terms and conditions.
Booking Procedure. 3.1.1. A venue hire pencil booking (hold) will be held without obligation for a period of 90 days. After 90 days, the Hirer will be required to confirm and contract their Booking and pay the deposit. If a subsequent venue hirer wishes to place a Booking on date(s) already held, the hirer holding first pencil will be given 2 business days (48 hours) notice to release the date or confirm and contract the Booking and pay the deposit; If a deposit remains unpaid after an additional 48 hours then Glasshouse Management reserves the right to release the original hold to the subsequent hirer. 3.1.3. Recurrent (weekly/monthly/annual) Bookings and dates are not available at the time of initial Booking; 3.1.4. The Hiring Period covers any/all occupancy of the venue and must include set up/set down times; 3.1.5. All venue hires will be subject to a minimum hire fee and/or minimum hire time as approved and gazetted by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council from time to time. The Schedule of Fees and Charges forms part of these Standard Terms and Conditions of Hire. The Hire Fee refers to all charges as estimated based on your venue hire arrangements. This may include but is not limited to venue hire, staff costs, marketing costs and equipment charges. Cost estimates are based on current costs and are subject to change upon reasonable notice; 3.1.6. Following verbal or written communication of your intention to hire the venue you will be forwarded the Glasshouse Venue Hire Agreement. The hirer then has 15 days from the issue of the Venue Hire Agreement to return the signed Agreement, together with the deposit of 50% of the venue hire fee in order for your Booking to be confirmed. If the signed Venue Hire Agreement and deposit are not received within this time Glasshouse Management reserves the right to release the date(s) to another hirer. 3.1.7. Subject to the provisions of the Agreement the Glasshouse grants to the Hirer license and authority to use and occupy the Venue for the purpose only of the Agreed Use and the Hirer agrees to undertake such use accordingly;
Booking Procedure. 2.1 If the Manager agrees, the Hirer may make a provisional booking. The Hirer must provide full contact details including telephone and fax numbers and email address when making a provisional booking along with details of the proposed event to the satisfaction of the Manager. 2.2 At the end of the Provisional Hold Period agreed between the Hirer and the Manager, the Manager will normally contact the Hirer to invite the Hirer to confirm the booking immediately, by returning a copy of this Agreement signed by or on behalf of the Hirer. If the provisional booking is not confirmed within one Working Day of the Hirer being contacted by the Manager it will be cancelled unless it is extended under clause 2.3. 2.3 The Manager may at its absolute discretion decide to extend the provisional booking for a further period. During this time the Manager may contact the Hirer to invite the Hirer to confirm the provisional booking. If the provisional booking is not confirmed within one Working Day of the Hirer being contacted by the Manager, it will be cancelled. 2.4 Notwithstanding the above, a provisional booking does not create a contract and the Manager reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking at any time during or after the Provisional Hold Period without notice and without any liability to the Manager. 2.5 Before confirmation of booking the Hirer, if so requested, shall informthe Manager in writing of: a) the purpose for which the Room(s) are required; b) the nature of the Hirer’s business or activities; and c) the names of affiliated companies/organisations of the Hirer and any parent or subsidiary companies of the Hirer, and the Manager will then decide in its absolute discretion whether or not the purpose and Hirer are acceptable before accepting the booking. In particular, but without limitation, the Manager may in its absolute discretion refuse a booking if it considers there may be a security risk or other controversial purposes are likely to be unacceptable. Subject to the provisional booking becoming a Confirmed Booking, the Hirer hereby warrants and represents to the Manager that all of the information provided to the Manager pursuant to this clause 2.5 (whether on, before or after the Booking Date) is accurate, complete and not misleading and this warranty shall be repeated on each day from (and inclusive of) the Booking Date to (and inclusive of) the last date of the Hire Period. 2.6 Before confirmation of the booking the Hirer shall provide an ...
Booking Procedure. Booking dates can be requested in advance, however these dates are not secure or fully confirmed until both the booking form and deposit payment are received. Dates will be provisionally held on making a booking request for a limited time only, if another group requests any of these dates we will give you 7 days to confirm otherwise you may lose the provisional hold. Note the bookings online calendar will only highlight these provisional dates as ‘pending’ so other groups can still request them.

Please note that your quote and or payment is not confirmation of a booking until the contract has been signed by both You and Us. 2.4 You can also request information from Our website if you are not yet ready to make a booking. We aim to respond to your request within 3 business days. 2.5 You are responsible for making sure that the information on the Instant Quote Form is accurate and complete. If You provide Us with inaccurate or incomplete information, We will not be liable for any delay, non-performance or incorrect performance caused by Your failure to provide us with accurate and complete information. 2.6 If You communicate any matter or detail to Us other than in the Instant Quote Form or detailed within the Event Planner document (that is sent to you once your online You have access to the online portal), it will not have any effect or form part of the Booking or the contract between Us and You, whether or not You communicate that matter or detail in Your enquiry by phone or in person or in writing, unless We specifically agree in writing that it will apply to the Booking. 2.7 The Online Client Portal (accessible direct from Our website will be where You can manage your event and communicate with Us as well as make payments. You will not have access to your portal 7 days prior to your event. Booking Procedure. The non-refundable security deposit must be paid before date is confirmed. The entire use fee including cleaning fee/damage deposit must be paid 90 days prior to the date of the event. If not, the event will be cancelled and the security deposit will be forfeited. Xxxxxxxx agrees to leave the property, including the cottage, in the same condition as found by the time indicated above for the date and allowable departure of Licensee and all invitees. The balance of the use fee (use fee minus security deposit) and cleaning fee/damage deposit must be paid in advance (check to be made to Plug-It Products, Corp) 90 days prior to the date set forth in paragraph 1 above. There will be a walk-through of the premises with the licensor and the licensee (if they are not present they can appoint a representative) by 10am. Cleaning fee/damage deposit or any balance thereof shall be returned to licensee within fourteen (14) days after the Event. You will be billed for any damages not covered by the cleaning fee/damage deposit.
Booking Procedure. (a) A booking will not be confirmed unless Gecko has received from the Hirer a completed and signed Hall Hire Agreement; photographic proof of identity; a copy of indemnity insurance; hire payment and key and kitchen deposit/bond as required. (b) Payment is required as follows: (i) Payment for all new bookings is required in full at the time of booking; (ii) Payment for ongoing bookings is required at the least 2 weeks before the hire date. Gecko reserves the right to offer the booking to another hirer if payment is not received at least 2 weeks before the hire date. (c) The time specified in the Agreement includes setup and clean up time. The Hirer shall vacate the hall within the time specified in the Agreement. Booking refunds shall generally apply as follows: (i) If the Hirer cancels the hire no less than 2 weeks in advance a full refund will apply. (ii) If the Hirer cancels the hire between 13 days and 1 day prior to the hire date a refund equal to 50% of the hire fee will apply. Eg. If cost of hire is $40, a refund of $20 will apply. (iii) If the Hirer cancels the hire on or after the hire date no refund will be given. (d) Gecko reserves the right to apply a discretionary administration fee when a hirer makes multiple changes or multiple cancellations to hire dates.
