Common use of Break Period Clause in Contracts

Break Period. Employees shall be permitted to leave the building during any break period if appropriate notice is given to the employee's immediate supervisors.

Break Period. With authorization of their immediate supervisor, Employees shall be permitted to leave the building during any break period period. Reasonable sign-out facilities shall be provided so that employees will not be unduly delayed if appropriate notice is given they elect to leave the employee's immediate supervisorsbuilding.

Break Period. Upon prior notification to the Employee's immediate supervisor, Employees shall be permitted to leave the building during any break period if appropriate notice is given period, provided the Employee shall return to the employee's immediate supervisorswork area prior to the commencement of his/her assigned shift.

Hourly Employees shall be permitted to leave the their building during any break period if or lunch period provided appropriate notice is given to the employee's Employee’s immediate supervisorssupervisor or such notice as is required in the particular building in which the Employee is assigned.
