Bridge Agreement. If, pursuant to such negotiations, an Agreement on the renewal or amendment of this Agreement is not reached prior to the current expiry date, this Agreement shall be automatically extended until consummation of a new Agreement or completion of the Conciliation proceedings prescribed under the Labour Relations Act, R.S.O. 1995, Chapter 1, of the Province of Ontario, and the Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter H14, as amended, whichever should first occur.
