Deliverables include: • Telephone and remote support for fault resolution. • Advice and guidance on DfE legislation changes. • High quality support documentation. • Statutory return demonstrations and new user training. • Demonstrations of new software. • Additional consultation time with the Schools’ Support team can be purchased for half and full day support as required. Customer responsibilities Hoople responsibilities Academies are responsible for ensuring that the school is licensed to use the XXXX. Ensuring that schools under local authority control are licensed to use and maintain the XXXX system. Backup data must be taken on a daily basis. Telephone Service Desk. Ensure that all upgrades forwarded to the school by the Schools’ Support team are carried out in a timely manner and, where driven by Statutory Returns, in sufficient time to allow the gathering of data to produce said return. Follow-up testing and problem solving. Quick reference guides, user booklets and demonstrations to assist schools in statutory processes. Provide staff with the opportunity to work with the Schools’ Support team to ensure they have received appropriate, ongoing training for their role. Liaison with Herefordshire Council representatives to ensure that a quality service is provided to schools and academies. Ensure that all systems have appropriate antivirus software installed that is regularly updated. Liaison with other Herefordshire Public Services employees to provide a consistent and coordinated service.

  • Production Support Each Red Hat Cloud Infrastructure Software Subscription comes with Standard or Premium Production Support. Red Hat only provides Production Support for the Red Hat Products and does not provide any Production Support for any underlying infrastructure or for any third party products that may be running on any servers or virtual machines.

  • Litigation Support In the event and for so long as any Party actively is contesting or defending against any charge, complaint, action, suit, proceeding, hearing, investigation, claim, or demand in connection with (i) any transaction contemplated under this Agreement or (ii) any fact, situation, circumstance, status, condition, activity, practice, plan, occurrence, event, incident, action, failure to act, or transaction on or prior to the Closing Date involving the Seller, the other Party will cooperate with the contesting or defending Party and its counsel in the contest or defense, make available his or its personnel, and provide such testimony and access to its books and records as shall be necessary in connection with the contest or defense, all at the sole cost and expense of the contesting or defending Party (unless the contesting or defending Party is entitled to indemnification therefor under Section 7 below).

  • Information Supplementation Prior to the Trial Operation date, the Parties shall supplement their information submissions described above in this Article 24 with any and all “as-built” Electric Generating Unit information or “as-tested” performance information that differs from the initial submissions or, alternatively, written confirmation that no such differences exist. The Interconnection Customer shall conduct tests on the Electric Generating Unit as required by Good Utility Practice such as an open circuit “step voltage” test on the Electric Generating Unit to verify proper operation of the Electric Generating Unit's automatic voltage regulator. Unless otherwise agreed, the test conditions shall include: (1) Electric Generating Unit at synchronous speed; (2) automatic voltage regulator on and in voltage control mode; and (3) a five percent (5 percent) change in Electric Generating Unit terminal voltage initiated by a change in the voltage regulators reference voltage. The Interconnection Customer shall provide validated test recordings showing the responses of Electric Generating Unit terminal and field voltages. In the event that direct recordings of these voltages is impractical, recordings of other voltages or currents that mirror the response of the Electric Generating Unit’s terminal or field voltage are acceptable if information necessary to translate these alternate quantities to actual Electric Generating Unit terminal or field voltages is provided. Electric Generating Unit testing shall be conducted and results provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for each individual Electric Generating Unit in a station. Subsequent to the Commercial Operation Date, the Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO any information changes due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment. The Participating TO shall provide the Interconnection Customer any information changes due to equipment replacement, repair or adjustment in the directly connected substation or any adjacent Participating TO-owned substation that may affect the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities equipment ratings, protection or operating requirements. The Parties shall provide such information pursuant to Article 5.19.

  • How to Obtain Warranty Service The Warranty Holder must inspect the Flooring for Manufacturing Defects caused by improper milling, grading, staining and coating, and report any such defects to Cali Bamboo, prior to installation of the Flooring. To obtain warranty service, the Warranty Holder must contact Cali Bamboo’s Customer Experience Department: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ 000-000-0000. Warranty claims must be received within 30 calendar days after the Warranty Holder identifies the Manufacturing Defect or other basis for a warranty claim. To be covered under this Cali Bamboo limited warranty, the Warranty Holder must provide documentation of sales order and proof that the Flooring was properly installed in accordance with the Installation Guide (defined below). Cali Bamboo reserves the right to retain a certified and independent flooring inspector to verify the Warranty Holder’s warranty claims. The determination of the flooring inspector regarding the warranty claim is not binding on either Cali Bamboo or on the Warranty Holder. A determination that does not verify the warranty claim shall not affect the Warranty Holder’s right to submit its claim to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the Arbitration Agreement (as defined in Cali Bamboo’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase). The performance of the inspection, however, if requested by Xxxx Xxxxxx and assuming that Xxxx Xxxxxx advances the full cost of the inspection as described above, is a requirement for the Warranty Holder to submit a warranty claim to arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement. Cali Bamboo will provide copies of these guides upon request by the Warranty Holder. This limited warranty only applies when the Flooring is used under normal traffic and other usage conditions. The limited warranty for Manufacturing Defects does not apply after the Warranty Holder has installed the Flooring, and product variation or error that does not exceed the 5% industry standard is not considered a Manufacturing Defect for purposes of this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not extend to or cover:

Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section.
